Okay, but seriously! That question alone sounds desperate and a cry for “help”.

I doubt that you’ll attract anyone from that place of “not having” and if you do, it is likely that the person you are attracting is not necessarily the “best” person for you, but one that resonates from the notion of desperation that you have.

In other words, you both could be so desperate for the institution of marriage that you don’t realize that you are indifferent to the qualities that the mate has; Thereby leading you both exactly to the “institution” that you unconsciously called forth.

You simply cannot attract “best” from feeling “hopeless” and being ready to “throw in the towel”, it simply will not work and any chart interpretation will only show you the possibilities of relationships to come, but it is how you are feeling that will dominate the nature of your relationship.

In other words, you don’t just want the action of “getting married”, you want happiness and fulfilment. So this puts more emphasis in not only the man you want to attract, but what “kind” of man you want in your life. Without this, you’ll marry a stranger and feel that the “marriage” that you’ve entered into, is not one that you “feel” is representative of your ideals.

You have to adjust your attitude.
Instead of saying “when will I get married”? Rather ask “How do I attract a suitable mate?”

The first questions reeks of urgency and a place of “not having enough time” etc. whilst the other asks a more profound question that all resonate with, in one form or another. Can you feel the difference in the questions already?

Now, on to you chart.

Your Ascendant is in Taurus and its ruler, Venus, sits in the sign of Libra.

The Ascendant in Taurus heightens your senses and the awareness of your physical being; the 5 senses, what is tangible, money, “haves” and “wants” etc.

Your initial approach to life is always based on what is pleasurable; both to the senses and the emotions. You are always looking to “feel” good: Always.

Venus in Libra, however, heightens this awareness towards relating to others (both platonically and love wise).

It is then important that relationships are of an agreeable basis, are founded on agreeable circumstances, have an agreeable purpose etc. Collaboration that is peaceful goes a long way in influencing your approach to life. You will go for the path of least resistance.

Venus, rules the “other” and what you attract.

Venus in Libra is attracted to a lover who likes being in social gatherings with a few close friends and treasures one-on-one interaction.

There is usually a “balanced” approach the lover/friend has in dealing with others and, even in some cases, the Venus in Libra will be attracted to mates who have physically “balanced” bodies(those which mainstream society epitomises as “ideal”) or are “balanced” in their personalities(not too passionate but not too detached either).

It could also be that others are drawn to Venus in Libra because they exude these qualities above (which they attach so readily to others and not themselves).

Venus-Saturn trine . The lover attracted to you is dignified and controlled. They have a unique and eccentric nature imbedded (Aquarian) but is likely to be very reserved in their approach (Saturn).

Venus-Uranus square. The lover is idealistic or is a person who has beliefs in their own ideals. It is likely that they are unique (Uranus) but likely to be fixed in their ideals (Capricorn) no matter how radical they may be.

Venus-Neptune also plays on the idealistic theme. But herein, there is likely to not be as much intellectual distance or ability in eloquent expression.

There is a devout nature and belief in the “divine”/ “spiritual (Neptune). And, it is likely that the belief system is quite rigid or long-held and unchanging (Capricorn).

Venus afflictions (which your chart shows) besides describing the nature of the lover you attract or are attracted to, also show problems with love relationships or problematic attractions; either the person does not have a suitable temperament , the “buzz” ends( Uranus square) or they are not fulfilling (Neptune square).

Your Moon sits in Aries and opposes your Venus; this adds to the misalignment of your desires (moon) with those of the partner (Venus).

Your Moon in Aries suggests a warm, vivacious loving nature whilst Libra Venus (describing the mate you are attracted to) often denotes one with a cool temperament.

Already, one understands how the above is fertile ground for much frustration in having a partner (Venus), but not having your needs met (Venus opposes Moon).

Moon also sits on top of Saturn (Aquarius); emotions are expressed tentatively and logically over time. This aspect suggests that emotions (Aries) become more grounded (Saturn) and intellectually expressed (Aquarius) over the long haul.

Moon squares Uranus ; a need for personal independence at no negotiation what-so-ever. Not ideal when trying to set up house as the other party WILL get into your space. Moon square Neptune ; an ideal or over-simplification of something that is not looked at with proper discretion. Neptune has certain ideals and philosophies that they are devout to and the home environment will need some adjustments to be made (Moon). Also, these ideals may not suit the mate that you so readily want to commit yourself to (Venus).

With the squares of the Moon to outer planets Neptune and Uranus as well as the squares with the love planet Venus (to Moon, Neptune and Uranus), you may feel that you are not only at “war” with your spouse (Venus), but also with yourself (Moon).

The houses will further emphasise this. (I use whole sign system)

You have your Sun in 7th- this position feels that their destiny is very much tied into interpersonal relationships.

The sign of Scorpio means there is an emotional devotion towards realizing long-term growth. Relationships are likely to be a very serious affair; especially when tied to your long-term plans.

Moon in 12th in sign of Aries emphasizes the inability to be heard or have ones emotional needs recognized. Aries is not the type of energy to stay quiet and, even though there may be hard aspects to it, it will certainly show itself in more pervasive (and even aggressive) means in order to assert its needs.

Venus in 6th in Libra suggests someone who likes to be of service to others or derives pleasure from helping others. This is a position of someone who gains satisfaction by sacrificing their own needs to help another.

I see many contradictions in your chart that suggest a push-pull dynamic between what you want and what you need.

Your Moon in Aries cannot be ignored; even if the sensual Venus is in its dignified sign of Libra, it’ll show itself up.

Why do you want to get married? The Neptune/Uranus in 9th squaring the Moon in 12th suggests someone who may be looking though rose-coloured glasses. They have ideals and beliefs that are mismatched; never mind the inclusion of the Venus square to Neptune and Uranus (meaning that the lover may also be deluded and have his own set of expectations).

Do you know of these aspects and are you conscious of the energy that is played out?

Even with these challenges, one CAN be in a relationship, but it’ll take a great deal of awareness of the nature within. The lover needs to be understanding (which is likely with Venus in Libra) and you may need some unconventional arrangements to be in place that are unique to the relationship (The Uranus and Neptune square could also come in handy here).
