after three super sad days (your 5 cups card was correct), serendipty came into play as I bumped into my ex yesteday evening. We were able to talk honestly, and he apologised for how he messaged me, and that he is under immmense pressure (project, family, leaving in early September now), he said it's all too much. Excuses perhaps, but I believe him once I saw him say it.

We agreed after a few weeks, we can meet and have tea/coffee to catch up in a cafe we like.

So am still super sad but have some closure of some sort and can move on *tho don't feel like it right now!
