WEll, there is not yet real depth of feeling, but the potential is there.
You peaked his curiosity and interest and he might well be fascinated with you (Magician), though this one sometimes also can be a bit of a trickster, and might charm you to get what he wants.
Anyway, since this comes up in the position for feelings I would say it denotes initial strong interest, curiosity, and attraction, though as of now it is not yet of the deep emotional kind. Magician is a rather cerebral card.

As for the physical attraction, the Pentacles are a very physical, sensual suit, and that is true especially for their Queen.
To me she embodies grounded sensuality. And that might be what he feels for you. He is attracted, but not in a too-hot-to-last way, everything is a little calmer, but warm and sensual and more prone to depict a lasting sensual attraction.

THREE of WANDS as what he wants. I think he wants that relationship to develop further; but as it is still in its initial stages, no commitment has been made yet, and he probably wants to sees where it leads.
However, he already has invested some emotions or passions into it, and I bet he would like to see them pay off, be returned to him.

For me personally the three of wands also has a lot to do with communications, and the Magician is rather cerebral, so it could be that maybe he wants to deepen or extend your communication with each other, before he can really get deeply involved.
