for your friend C, it's something to do about either a message from an ex...or that someone wants to break up with her...if she has a boyfriend he either did or hinted at a break up and she's upset with this. she really feels down on her luck, and if the situation is to change, really depends on other people and her exchanges with them.

the two choices are either a break up, but i think even more likely she needs a raise, and thought that it'd be recognized already but wasn't so she's upset....like 'no matter what i do no one says thank you, as if it's not enough' situations.

simply you are too emotional, does you taking up driving have anything to do with hoping to meet your KD more easily that you drive ur own car so can follow your intuition more smoothly,

anyway you maybe go to your driving lessons with your homes worries on your mind, and either you or the instructor come across as moody half the time when conversing.

now the reasons for this i feel are to, you seem to go from extremly happy to sad in a minute all while driving...it make you feel really restless, as u realise you aren't slowly step by step leaving home with those little things like driving ur own car and being where u want to be....

also is the instructor a woman or a man....whicherver way you go...instead of taking the lesson as a reason to relax, it's like you take all the worlds problems with you to this car drive, and start thinking about them there.

just try to focus on the now 'minute of driving' and make sure you have questions only to do with driving next time (promise your brains that 10 minutes after the lesson it can nag you as much as it does...but the dirving hour only for driving)

and see if it works.
don't worry as eventually things will turn out well with these driving classes of yours as you learn to focus on the road.

Well, for C, I know she has no boyfriend, but wants one right now! And I sense something at her home isn't good. BTW, I'll try to talk to her to see in what I can help..

For the driving, I think I made a mistake taking them: 2 weeks after my break up I started the theorical classes (it takes some time to have the pratical ones), I set my mind on "I don't want to depend on anyone... no more!". My ex, gave me a ride late at night, and then it all happened: the first kiss...

I'll try to leave all the problems at home/work... I'll have motorcycle drivign classes soon, hope to find a calm pill until there!
