As I told you before if you have rulership by Term you would want to add rulership by Face so you can get something meaningful out of it..alone those two rulerships are quite weak..
On the other side If you have ( hidden) Triplicity mixed with fall/ detriment well...not really a nice mix dont you think? And the poor guest cant do anything to change it because peregrine, no dignity in that house what so ever...

No significator is in the house of the other. Moon is in the house of Venus and Saturn is in the house of Sun, so how is one in the house of the other? And the girl never said the guy treats her badly, so I'm confused about this last part as well.

Participating triplicity is stronger than term dignity, because triplicity is stronger than term, so there's nothing weak in the mutual reception I see (the "having the hots for" reception would be exaltation, not face, term or triplicity).

Being dignified by term and face is different from being received by term and face. They're both peregrine in this chart, therefore they won't behave in any active way to pursue a relationship. Not even if there's a reception. Unless they really use their free will, the energies seem to point in a direction of going through the motions.

IME, when there's any type of dignity together with a debility, it usually means that there are some feelings (fondness, friendship, attraction, etc) but one of them has a not so good opinion about the other.
