He owes me a refund, has not sent it, and now he has blocked my emails. Anyone else have any dealings with this person?

Have you checked out rip off report?

In the meantime, how did you pay for that? If you did it via paypal, contact paypal.

If not, call your bank. Say you have been defrauded ect.

Already cancelled the card and will report a fraud. There is a phone number at the end of his name on the charge that, when looked up, produces all kinds of fraud reports. Might just be a PayPal number of some sort, but ALOT of people have been ripped off with that number being involved so I just reported it to be safe. Fact remains that this guy blocked my email when I tried to find out when he intended to send the refund... so steer clear of this guy.

I have never paid him for anything but he once did a free soulmate birthdate match for me. Sent me a couple birthdates....I contacted a couple ppl on myspace who were born on that birthdate...I guess being that tey were all water signs, they all replied..but nothing no chemistry. I even talked on the phone with a few..nothing.

He seemed honest. One time he answered a question for me on Yahoo Answers. His name is Luc De Jaeger. I'm pretty sure he has a personal photography website on the web too..with where he lives on it..think it was California but dont remember.
