Moon sign is how ur mother taught u to nuture urself, in leo that means i seek to be special in some way but its more personal than if it were my sun, because the moon is literally the emotional needs u have to be able to function. and rising sign is the face you show to the world, so in libra means upon first meeting others i try to be harmonious, compromising and generally passive. libra is the sign of marriage and harmonizing two things, so it needs an other and tries to compromise and adapt to others. thats why it's a scale/balance...the symbol i mean.

That's true, I'd always read that. I don't know why it says cancer rules the hands. I'd always read cancer rules the breasts and gemini rules the hands and arms
