When you make changes and I still see you making another one next month, your relationships follow. People are having babies in their late 30's and it works out well because people are more stable and patient then. Jupiter will be going into the later degrees of Leo the middle of next year which will make a positive transit to your Venus and then Jupiter will conjunct your natal Sun in October of that year. Both of these aspects are good for indications of child birth. As with all things, there is free will. I have had to work on my thoughts. Communication wise you have your Uranus square his Mercury (this shows the sudden breakup house wise, but it also indicates that you would get on each others nerves--different communication styles--no reflection on either of you). He has mercury in virgo, which makes him more methodical and your Uranus (ruling the 12th house) is about intuition, so you can see the difference there).

One last thought on him. He has his natal venus in Cancer, which can make them insecure in relationships and with it being squared by his mars in aries--he doesn't have a lot of patience either. He has transiting Uranus squaring his Venus as well, so any relationship he starts will that transit is happening is subject to turnover. The reason I think you feel an attachment to him is because his natal sun is near your descendant or house of partners and you see him as a potential partner.
There is a wide contact between his natal moon and pluto square, so depending on what time he was born, it could make him emotionally manipulative.

to be honest its a little premature for me to say what is going to be doing or what direction he is going to be in. I think its going to be like most other to get out of College still kind of testing the waters and not too sure where he's going to be finding a career. He might have hard time finding a career actually..... but that's not to say that's how It's always going to be so thats why i feel it's too premature to be guessing really at this point.

I don't know how tall you r but i feel that he isn't as tall as the averge you man.... I hope that doesn't bother you.
and I can tell you he's got a lot of hair so I he's not balding or anything like that

and I believe he has a few freckles that you can actually see on his face

that's all to me that really stands out young . He's young so he's he is going to look young
