Spiritual,For D's feelings: The Devil, 6 of Wands, 8 of cups.....to me, the thing I got immediately is that his feeling for you are a mix of intense attraction....I think he may be keeping his feelings in check. Do you feel this? That perhaps he is keeping something away? Also, I wanted to ask, do you guys both use each other for sounding boards? Thanks  Yes, that makes sense. I got the feeling that he just wants to 'use' me for sex but I wasn't sure. I was under the impression that it was a platonic relationship, but he made a pass at me, which I declined.We don't use each other as sounding boards, but we did meet through mutual friends at work. You know what....your answer completely makes sense...especially with The Devil/ 6 of wands--more like conquering right? However, that 8 of cups is seems like he may never come out and say that--like he's walked away from the idea or tried to distance himself from it. Lotus Flower... as far as your job negotiating. They want to make you think there are a lot of people in the running... THERE are not. They also want to see if you are up to the challenge. DO not seem iffy. If you feel you need to speak up do, they are testing the FEW candidates and winner (in this case) takes all. So, Be be best one. Do not show fear about asking questions EVEN if you get the feeling that the question sounds dumb. DO NOT... and I cannot stress this enough ASSUME you know what they mean. For example, if they say can you come in around noon? Ask did you mean today around noon? Make sure you understand the directions. This job has some virgoian type traits and they want to ensure the person that gets the job will be up to be critical and on point when needed.OK? Does this resonate? IP: Logged |

T,yes this resonates. The job is one that involves lots of contracts and paperwork--I asked before about negotiating and they told me no. Before I do anything, I like to have peace about it and I haven't had it here. The offer they originally made was super tight, so I negotiating a few dollars more. I have asked questions just as you say, and yes, they made it seem dumb. They also have tried to get me in sooner b/c they are behind--but then turn around and tell me that it's up to me--then apply pressure again. I am not sure about it anymore, something isn't sitting well with me, and I think its negotiating the offer which is going to make my final decision. I recently asked them again, and they are getting back to me. I'm very torn about this. IP: Logged |

Thank you Lotus Flower, I do. They are all very different, house-pet sitting, mowing the grass at a couple of places and one is clerk, VA rep. But thank you... I wanted to be sure I could handle it and the way things worked out... I can... and so glad because all the bills are coming due. Well, I think I would handle it the way a Virgo sun might... This is what I can do, this is what I want from you and anything else is a no-go. Of course, I would finesse it in better terminology but I would be down right earthy. You have this problem... blah blah... you need someone like me because I can... blah blah... no one else is going to blah blah... I need XXX dollars to do this job. I feel like, when he likes you--it's really great, and it's cool, but in general it's not you Spiritual--it's him. When I pulled more cards asking about him, it showed 6 of swords/5 of wands, to me, this like emotional space, emotional distance to avoid getting caught up (5 of wands) in things. When I asked this question: Temperance/Judgement/The Chariot: Healing, a fresh start, and a new direction (or continuing on a strong path) is what these cards indicate. Thanks T for this. I have been going back and forth all week about this, really upset and just a hot mess really about the entire situation. It's ironic you mention that part about "I need XXX" dollars because that is what I said. I was like, because of _____ I need _____. I was honest with them. I spoke to one of my friends who used to work in HR, and she was like people did not get more than what they wanted b/c the didn't ask. The walking away if I don't part is what I truly grappled with. The two most important things I'd like to be able to do (visit family more often, etc) I am not able to do with what they offered. People have told me to get over that (Umm....OK? LOL) but my family is very, very important to me. I thought I would hear about the offer today....but I did not. We'll see! Do you have any other questions T? IP: Logged |

You're reading definitely resonates. I don't think it's so much he doesn't believe in love, but has mentioned in passing that he thinks he's unable to love again...not sure what he meant & then denied it when I brought it up (please don't quote, will edit this out). He was really hurt in his last serious relationship. I felt this way a few years ago, so see where he's coming from.
A part of me feels like we met to so that I help him 'heal'.
Do you mind me asking, is there anything that I can do to help him? Or is this something he just needs to sort out on his own?OK for you: Next 2 months regarding love:
