I did a yes/no

3C AS QH = 2 black, 1 red = no i dont think so.

I dont think she was pushed but I think she was feeling stressed(your managers a woman, right?), she seems to be undergoing a transformation.

For clarity i pulled a couple of cards
8C JS
Seems to be some confusion or at a crossroads relating to a male in their life. I pulled the AD, this can relate to a proposal or invitation. Maybe she just got a better offer. Was there a male colleague she didnt get along with, or do you know if she is getting married?

I think it's possible that her reasons are more personal than anything. Although i do also think she was feeling a bit stressed on the job. I just dont think she was pushed.

The most significant focus I see for you in June is about you feeling a bit worried and anxious in regards to feeling that things will feel unfair and imbalanced within your surroundings. You will be feeling like you will be on the defense in order to bring back balance and fairness into your life. It seems to be work/financial related. I see a person within your work environment that will be of help and will "come through" for you in the end.

I see this person making you feel like things will become hopeful suddenly and positive. It strongly feels like a male influence that will come through for you in the end, which in turn will melt your worries and anxieties that you will feel initially away.

is this a relatively new relationship? You seem to get along well, but i see a little bit of frustration at the moment or a bit of indecision. I think the next time you talk will be in a more social setting, but i think it will be positive.

I pulled 8C and 10C as clarifiers - 8C is confusion and crossroads and 10C is new beginnings. Are you maybe a little bit indecisive/fearful about what's ahead? 10H is a positive card and is very good as an outcome. 8H and 10H tells me next time you meet/talk will in a more social setting/party.

Let me know if i make sense or if it resonates. I'm learning so feedback helps with card interpretation

No, it's not really new. It is (well, was) more like a friends with benefits relationship. It has been on/off for about a year now.

I want something more serious with him (a relationship) and love all those hearts that we got, wow. The 8 of Hearts means a relationship per the interpretations that I use and I agree with the 10 of Hearts being a very positive one. I remember in the method I use it's called the "one obsessed in love" or something like that, haha.

So yes, I want to bring that up with him the next time we talk, so the cards seem to have picked up on that. I will let you know what truly unfolds when we talk, which should be soon.

We don't ever go to parties, or any social gatherings/settings though. When we do talk next time I'm sure it will be through the Internet (a messenger app).

8H can mean relationship but can also mean having the ability to get your way, 10's are also related to new beginnings, so perhaps that what will happen(8H can sometimes mean emotional unavailability but with 10H i dont think that to be the case here). I had associated with the party because 8H can also mean social events and 10H can show a gathering of people/marriage, so I had thought that would be the setting. But keep me updated.

Thanks alot for your reading, yes it resonates, i was involved with someone, we are now friends, but there is still this "more than friends" feeling. I made more effort than he did, and he is moving away, i am thinking whether or not i should give up on him. Because i dont see him coming forward, and im not putting myself up to get rejected by him again. He will need to come to me, if its going to happen again.

Were there things getting in the way of you two(eg work or money) so you weren't spending so much time together? I think he has feelings for you and do cares about you alot, JC was turned upright when i spread out the cards, JC is some who is a trustworthy friend and has the querents best interests at heart. 4H tells me his feelings for you are deepening, and could lead to committed relationship if you are not in one already.

For clarification i pulled
6D AS
6D relates to stress with money and AS is transformation. For me this clarifies further the above.

So with this all in mind, I think he has feelings for you, and they're deepening.

I think it is likely you will get offered something. 6C as outcome shows improvement in career.

Clarification;
8C 7S
i think you will feel confused/or be at a crossroads and not sure if this is good for you, because perhaps it will mean the ending of something? I pulled KC out, are you involved with someone at the moment? I also thought this because QH can show someone who is emotional. Alternatively it could mean you will turn to a close friend for advice.
