Squares within 10 degrees (from what I've read) are significant. What I've also learned about the moon square mars aspect:

Makes it more of a challenge for a person to get along with females, which can turn into arguments, disputes, etc. There's also a lack of emotional control, which you will need to learn to get a hold of.

How it relates to the houses you mentioned:

Your needs both romantic and physical can often be in conflict with the other person's needs. What is important to you may not be as important to them and vice versa.

This aspect can also play out in a person's childhood as a temper tantrum.

As an adult, it may come out as a bipolar type of disorder.

With Pisces there, you may be sensitive to any drugs, which can encourage this type of behavior, but it maybe that drugs will be used to help control those behaviors.

Sometimes looking back at your childhood may help you to understand any anger or aggressive tendencies this aspect may bring out for you with regards to women. How did your parents get along?

That being said, there is a positive side, though, to this aspect in your chart: You can persist at the things you deem important and achieve more than others that don't have the determination. Just remember: Some battles/causes are worth fighting for, and others need to be put aside and walked away from. You have to learn which one is which.
