I do have the same problem as you girls!My Taurus ex is now happily married and pursuing a PhD which he had no interest in when I was dating him. My Pisces fling has a full time job and seems happy in his new city. A Gemini crush is now in law school and dating some really pretty girl. I'm here still looking for internship and perpetually single! Sigh ... This retrograde will be over in a month. Let's hope it goes by very quickly! IP: Logged |

This retrograde makes me think of this song: Boyz II Men - 4 Seasons Of Loneliness Yuck. Yuck. Yuck. I've been thinking about a different crush/ex every single day since Venus went retrograde. I even dreamed of my gay best friend from high school. I didn't have a crush on him and haven't spoken to him in almost 10 years! Super bizarre! I don't have the urge to contact any of them, thank God! Does Venus going retrograde only bring back exes that you had unfinished business with? IP: Logged |

Heh, am I the only one not affected by Venus rx? No interactions or messages from past relationships, interests, etc. I'm friendly with most I've dated, so if I need to talk them, I just text message, and that doesn't change through Venus rx.I'm on a one-track mind to get my career going, which might be part of the problem. Venus Rx affects every individual differently. It's very important to see where venus will transit in your natal chart & if it will hit any natal planets. Mines is transiting the 7th house, house of relationships. So far, I have been having a dry spell when it comes to dating. I honestly don't think my ex will re appear in person... I am dead to him. I'm trying to stay single & independent but I gotta admit, I miss being in a relationship...I'm thinking about him alot. Venus rx will hit alot of my natal planets, so it might affect me throughout this month. I remember when venus when rx in capricorn a few years ago...It did not affect me at all because it transited my 12th house (a cadent house) which is not as strong as an angular house(1st,4th,7th,10th). It also did not make any major aspect to my natal planets. Most of my natal planets are in a fire sign. So yeah, it's important to look at the individual natal chart for clues. IP: Logged |

Yeah, I know that. I just meant I'm not dealing with love issues like most are, but then again Venus rx never seems to have a noticeable impact on me. I just find the thread interesting because I've never had any substantial impact from Venus rx, no matter the house.IP: Logged |
