You're reading the reading backwards. 9.cups (past) - queen.cups (present) - 8.wands (future).

In the past you had a child I'm assuming by the 9.cups (wish) - queen.cups says you are dreaming/feeling/thinking of having another - 8.wands (mucho sex to make it happen, but possible miscarriage too)
