Do you have a mentor or teacher that's helped you in the past? He's very business savvy but his skills can help promote yourself. There's not much difference between promoting yourself and a business... ace.cups + fool also suggest doing something radically different and new. Maybe teach a class, or have a meetup with fellow writers or within your special interests as a writer. Something about a mentor or previous teacher and meeting people of like-mind if that makes sense.

YES it very much resonates.
My approach is very innovative and reinvigorative...

I just keep being rejected and my proposals aren't that bad. I don't know why they haven't been accepted.

I was SO annoyed that a previous opportunity I was rejected from accepted an artist with a similar outlook. Had to completely re-think my statement, etc. ...

I am taking a more professional, slower approach, in taking time to craft my proposals and getting them edited properly, etc.

I don't have any travel planned at the moment.. but have a few things in the wings that could spark some travel.

Haha yes, I do know them. They are a proposal writer, but I can't afford their services at the moment! I am trying not to give up, but one can take so many rejections..

That's a thought for sure. We'll see what happens. I'm a bit swamped with the work I do have right now so I can't take on anymore 'collaborations' at the moment.

Ok so I'm getting the sense to work on this proposal successfully you must relax inside your head and retreat from others to make way for your intuition and higher self to influence and produce great outcome. The outcome may be a bit anti-climactic but it will still be successful.
