Thank you very much, that absolutely nailed it! It is what I've also been getting about him but I can't yet grasp what/why he is resisting/holding back and why he is so confused/puzzled with his own feelings. It feels like we are both thinking about each other quite a lot without actually communicating much.

As for your guy, I got that in relation to you he comes up as the Emperor, who I don't really like seeing in spreads. I also had the Ten of Pentacles pop up which made me think of a gift/present, as it has come up for me as a parcel/box of material goods. Now as an afterthought I don't really see the Emperor sending gifts as it's not in his nature I don't think. It could have just pointed out to him being very secure financially.
Oh well, there's still the possibility of a belated happy birthday wish as we were all positive on it.

Well he has a job but its not like he is so financially stable.
Its 2nd day midnight so No he did not send a belated greeting.
I dont see him as an Emperor type at all though.

You may not see him as the Emperor at all, however it seems that in relation to you he feels like he is the one in control. That's why I don't like seeing this card in personal readings as I always find it means the person feels they have power and use some form of control in dealing with the querent. Perhaps this is in part why this card appeared to describe him - he knows it's your birthday and that you'd love to hear from him which makes him feel 'empowered'.

He may not know its was my bday somI dont agree with that.
Also I like him to be in control and do leave it up to him so nothing negative in that at all.

Whats your problem?
My bday is on my fb. I cant be for sure he saw it or not.
Maybe he remembers it maybe not just like any other of people in my life.
