Ok, he does like you and thinks about you and I do feel he even possibly tried to turn away from you but I feel like his feelings for you puzzle him as much as he doe you as I feel he isnt sure what is best for him but he goes a logic way and doesnt so much listen to his heart. Even though he cares for you I get resistance in him . So he also has confusion in him in regards to you.

I asked will he tell you happy birthday, I got a yes. but I asked will it be today and I got a no.. so I'm assuming that he will tell you happy birthday, it just wont be today for some reason.. maybe he is busy? But my pendulum could be very very off.. it could be a yes for both.

Ok i think the spread shows there will be contact but i dont think he will bring up your birthday. He will be on the move as there are alot of travel cards here. You had mentioned A returning from abroad. I think this came up in the spread - i think he will contact you after he leaves but he will be returning again(mountain on roads)which i think he will mention, but i dont think he will mention the birthday.

Let me know how it goes though i can be wrong. He will contact i think.

Yes he flirted but that to him was no big deal as he thought its normal as he feels to do so.
It was just talking and he had no further intentions.
He still cares the same about you this has not changed his feelings in his eyes as much as it has in your eyes. He did want to make you jealous and he obv suceeded in this and this boosted his ego.
I dont feel a change in his feelings for you but he does fear an argument coming on and hopes to not go through that for what he saw to be a silly flirt.
