so I have a dilemma either stay at my job or really start looking for another( I started already last friday 31 jan )
Current job :
Likes: that we starting using new technologies, business users are fun and courteous. somewhat flexible schedule ( I am working from home couple time a week). Good compensation
Dislikes: My boss is controlling freak. I think my opinion is not taken into consideration. I am being interrupted all the time (aka I can not express my opinion freely). other annoying s**t. But the most important, I started to feel it, my confidence is down, I am depressed.
So last friday, it dawn on me. I need another Job. I need to remove myself from this situation , But at the same time I have doubts ( I am a single mom hence a sole provider for my daughter) so if something happened (aka lost/reduce of income) she would suffer as I would not be able to provide to full extent.
So my questions would be . What will happen if I stay at my current job, and what will happen if I start looking for another job.will it be worth it?

I see from your chart that you were not born in the USA, S_H.

Were you raised in the country of your birth? Are you a USA citizen? How long have you been in the USA? And what has been your employment history since (say) age 20?

The above image has been extracted from your natal chart, and shows how natal Sun-Moon-Mercury-Venus-Pluto are working together in that birthchart.

The image below shows your natal chart progresseions as at 11th February 2020. ... Note that progressed Mercury, Pluto and the 12th house cusp are currently activating your natal Sun-Moon-Mercury-Venus-Pluto configuration.

Transit Saturn (at 26Cap13) and transit Pluto (at 23Cap45) are also currently activating that natal configuration ... having started a new long-term cycle for all of us in January 2020, via their conjunction. ... That "career-sign" conjunction took place in your natal 2nd house of resources-and-values, and was conjunct your natal Mercury.

For clarification ... I am trying to get a picture of how you are likely to "fit into" a USA career/workplace. ... And, in particular, whether or not you were raised with different values to those who were born-and-raised in the USA. [For example, I was born and raised in the UK and had very different career/workplace values to the one USA employer for whom I worked for some 42 months.]

At what age did you leave your birth country; have you been employed only in the USA and always worked in IT?

well... let me clarify, R. and A. work ethics are the same. I have problem with my coworkers who came from South ASia. The cultural upbringing is different. Example: being a woman, being rude and condescending. ect.
PS: Graham besides, my upbringing, what can you see in my progressed and transit charts? Thank you

Ok. ... So you are as uncomfortable with those South Eastern cultural values as would be most/all USA born females? ... And the behaviour/attitude that results from those non-American values is the main reason for your current discontent?

That you need to analyse, interpret and synthesise your natal Sun-Moon-Mercury-Venus-Pluto configuration* before deciding that "moving on" is the right thing to do.

For example ... when that configuration has been activated in the past, did you experience a similar urge to move on? And what was the final outcome/result?

[ * The Huber School of Astrology call this configuration an Oscillo, and assert that :-

"For many people it is hard to get on with someone who has an Oscillo and to judge her fairly without misunderstandings. She must learn to live with this, for her way of operating and behaving is rather unique. ... this quadrilateral has a very sensitive reaction to all types of vibration coming from people, places or situations. But, even if it does absorb external vibrations, the person still retains her integrity and reflects back what she experiences. There is a constant subtle vibration in this person's manner that is not nervous, but is a kind of alert motion like a gyrating radar screen. She periodically returns to previously settled matters to check that they are still OK. She is like the watchdog or supervisor for ongoing projects, developments and activities. ...... There is very little to criticise in this person, but people sense something disconcerting about her, a kind of inner tension, and they think that she is so well-balanced that something must be wrong with her! It is this quality that provokes criticism in those around her, and her own sensitivity enables her to recognise unconscious behaviour patterns in others. ...... As long as there is no emotional tension, she sticks at one thing, and then she suddenly finds an excuse to go before anyone can notice an incipient tension". (From Aspect Pattern Astrology, by the Hubers.)]

Graham, never mind thank you though for your time :
PS: ".. As long as there is no emotional tension, she sticks at one thing, and then she suddenly finds an excuse to go before anyone can notice an incipient tension". " indeed!
But it is close to my interpersonal (aka intimate rels)I heard so many times I can be somewhat unpredictable. Always put me at awe. I am very straight forward (coming from russian culture) I do not play games or manipulate people. It is what it is is my motto in life (plus being from Russia gave somewhat :morbid" outlook on life) In prof. life. I am dependable and responsible. But what I cannnot stand is when some people try to make me a scape goat and being simply rude.

I am not being racist it is just matter of fact.

I 100% "get where you are coming from", S_H ... but believe that, at this point in your life, you need to carefully consider "where you are going to".

well... I am exploring my options, so far I have at least couple interesting "opportunities". However I JUST started to explore. I honestly tired of these games. it is stressing me out. Why get stuck in a mud when I can change my situation by removing myself from it? I do not see my current situation changing for the better. so why wait? Hence my question. But you are right as well. I have to be smart and diligent

Changing your situation when stuck in the mud is ok - if doing so is not a behavioural pattern that has occured when your natal Oscillo has been activated in the past.... However, if it is one of your behavioural patterns, perhaps you are now being given an opportunity to "change your life, by changing your habitual/instinctive behaviour".

If you have not already read them, waxlobster has a good article on the January 2020 Saturn-Pluto conjunction at http://askastrology.com/control-dramas/ and created a thread on it at http://www.linda-goodman.com/ubb/Forum24/HTML/241609.html

On that thread, I posted the following comment (which is relevant to the comment you want me to expand here) :-

"one should be considering the potential manifestation of the 33-38-year-long Saturn-Pluto cycle, rather than the short-lived impact of the conjunction itself. ... And those of us who are over the age of 35 can learn much about the manifestation of the upcoming cycle, by reviewing the events created in our lives during the last cycle (which began with the Saturn-Pluto conjunction on 8th November 1982).

For example ... I was born in November 1948, 15 months after the August 1947 Saturn-Pluto conjunction at Leo 14. That conjunction was in my 11th house - and the first 34 years of my life were spent overcoming my in-born/instinctive tendency to avoid being responsible for supervising/managing others. ...

Then, after the next conjunction on 8th November 1982 (at Libra 28, in my 2nd house) I spent the last 37 years reaping the rewards of working as a manager/mentor of others. ... And the 2020-2054 cycle (with its Capricorn conjunction in my 4th house) will see me depart from this current life as a husband, father, grandfather and great-grandfather.

Thus, for me, the common/lifetime theme of these conjunctions has been "empowerment via accepting responsibility". ... I came into this life knowing the value of being a loner, and will leave having learned the value of being a team-player (as "promised" by Natal Saturn-in-Virgo/11th semi-novile Pluto-in-Leo/11th)."
____________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________

So ... the (pre-birth) 1948 conjunction was in your Leo/9th; the 1982 conjunction was in your Libra/11th and the January 2020 conjunction was in your Capricorn/2nd ... creative growth (Leo/9th) -> working harmoniously in groups (Libra/11th) -> financial rewards from behaving responsibly - or financial setbacks from behaving irresponsibly (Capricorn/2nd).

Both the 1982 and 2020 conjunctions activated your natal Oscillo. ... So, whether the 2020-to-2054 Saturn-Pluto cycle brings rewards or setbacks will depend upon the extent to which your have learned (in the 1982 to 2020 cycle) how to get your Oscillo working harmoniously in groups. ...[And my guess is that walking away from them might not be the responsible thing to do here.]

Funny in 1948 my father was born Thank you. I will take a look. In 1982 I was a small child so not sure how it would be applicable.

1982 was when the cycle began ... But it did not end until January 2029. So you are looking at a period of around 38 years of your life - most of which you will have been working in group situations of some kind.
