oh gotcha..that makes more sense. I did another reading and received the Knight of pentacles..which is about waiting as well...but I think a bit more positive.

I'm not a fan of the 6 of pentacles either...I just think it means you'll likely have to make adjustments to how you teach...so its more of a give and take?

J is a good, well-meaning person, but doesn't seem to be flexible..stuck in their ways of thinking. Other than a noble person, reflected by the queen of coins, it seems that there has been some drama around J..false friends, untruths. J wasn't able to meet the test and an unexpected change occurred in their relationship..possibly quarrels...J received a proposal from someone that they didn't want and had no immediate solutions to problems that had been occurring. Uncertainties and not feeling like they can do what's needed along with the above has pushed them into wanting to do it alone. I pulled another card to clarify...2 of cups (rev)..are in the process of getting a divorced? I pulled a couple more and got page of cups and 7 of wands...looks like someone will offer to help them in some way and things will work out for J.

The 2 of cups you got for me could be a reunion...I'm thinking that may be a guy that I have bumped into over the years--since 2011..last time I saw him was this past January and then before that late 2017 I think. He is also a provider type..older and from another generation..women took care of the kids and the men worked. One reader told me that I would see him again before my mother passed. I had that reading either last year or in 2018. They said I would see him and then he would disappear again. I know he is dating someone, so that makes sense.

Present situation looks like there's more intellect involved than heart and soul. The mind's energy may be a governing factor, so less feeling. I get the feeling of a fight or flight response, and some kind of "system" coming "online" in them, or one of you, which mirrors a change in dynamic.

The future placement, which is not set in stone, seems to point to a need for re-evaluation, and if done satisfactorily, could strengthen your relationship in a new direction. Thank you for your reading. So, we've known each other for many years now but there's been a lot of distance in the years with one or both of us living abroad in different countries; while she lives abroad I live for rent in her apartment and the Ace of Pent may indicate that this sort of "investment" you mentioned.
We talk a lot and we have a mental rapport and connection but yes, we've grown and we're also pretty different. Sometimes what she says or thinks or worries about doesn't make sense to me.

I didn't understand the part about the "system" and what you meant by "Online".
