From the cases I've heard about, SPC, usually happens to people who are extremely depressed, heavy drinkers, and/or heavy smokers. Usually they're also in ill health.

Depression, drinking, and smoking are the ingrediants mostly involved.

Am I the only one not taking this very seriously.
