I'm reading the book now (really good, but kinda scientific) and it talked of the sixth decade of the second millenium. That's 2060, right? That's when the whole world will change with their believes, or so the book says. Has anyone read it? IP: Logged |

I was in St.Augustine Florida last Easter at Flagler College taking a tour when they were filming this movie. It was neat. I did read the book a long time ago. I remember liking it.IP: Logged |

I saw it in a Borders near me a couple of weeks ago and was really drawn to it, but didn't buy it. I'll go on Amazon and see what it's about.2060? Well, I hope I'm still alive then . IP: Logged |

I think it's time for me to read it.As I went to pick up a friend today, her mother was reading it, she totally recommended it as one of her favourite books. Im going to check out the used bookstore next to my street. I don't know how new this book is? I assume it's been around for ages. Hope I find it! edit: heehee, I always say I hope- I have to wash my mouth out, I meant to say I know I'll find it! ------------------ "And dreams, don't ever forget, are the first step in manifesting wishes into reality"-- Linda Goodman's Star Signs IP: Logged |

It was my one of the first new age book as well. I simply loved the concept of synchronity. (as mentioned above by Randall) Also the part about raising your energy level to envelope the universe. I guess that is what they aim for in meditation when they call it 'ananda.'IP: Logged |

I dunno... i like synchronicities (sp?) and the direct points of the book were very cool, but the adventure story (IMO) was lacking. A bit boring, too contrived, and all. Luckily, though, the messages were enough to keep me reading and happy IP: Logged |

A freind of mine lent it to me a couple of years ago, and I never finished reading it and she said I must not have been ready for it yet, but lately I have been wanting to read it. I've been trying to get her to read Star Signs as well. Isn't it about the mayans or the dead sea scrolls or something??IP: Logged |

What is The Tenth Insight about?------------------ "There is no use trying," said Alice; "one can't believe impossible things." "I dare say you haven't had much practice," said the Queen. "When I was your age, I always did it for half an hour a day. Why, sometimes I've believed as many as six impossible things before breakfast." Lewis Carroll IP: Logged |

Came after the Celestine Prophacy. Probably about the tenth insight! I believe they go in this order: The Celestine Prophacy The workbook for above The Tenth insight The Secret of Shambhala The Celestine Vision God and the Evolving Universe. (the hardcover doesn't have a Merkaba on it! IP: Logged |

Hello all..from memory (which is so crowded with overlaping books and ideas) the tenth insight tells of human kind evolving raising our vibration and moving on. A meeting at your point of (Earth)death with A loved one who has already passed (forward) on shows your life in fast forward whows your goal/karmic path and the ways you dealt with it either good or bad. My memory is fading on the rest or is it just that what else is said has been said elsewhere and memory combines all facts to one emerging truth LOVE is all We need When we give it we receive it and we need nothing else.

The Celestine Prophecy and The Tenth Insights have become books that come and go through my life. There is so much we all know and so many illusional adjustments to be made psycho-socially to NOT SHOW WHAT WE KNOW. A Peruvian national staying here in the states told me she was here to look out for me-after I read these books and perused the insights actively. (1st I read then she showed up) Synchronicity...the universe HAS a metabolism. These books correlate for me with some Terrence Mckenna wrote.
