I have been following this group for some time. I have read articles from the site and I have even bought and read books written by Benjamin Creme, seemly the founder of this organization.I agree with the world views, the political and social outlook that is represented. I also find the references to the origin of man, and the path of evolution, sensible. As for claims of the spiritual nature, I will determine the nature of the spirit when I sense it. I followed this site before I had ever read or heard of Linda Goodman. When I read the opening of Star Signs, I was awed. She seemed to have simular experiences with "entities" to the kind of experiences represented at Share Internation. Over the course, I have struggled with what appeared to be contradictions in all the inspiring work I have read. Begining with being born into the Southern Babtist sect of Christianity, to my personal meditation, my teacher Robert, the Tao Teh Ching, to Share International, to various esoteric authors (Blavatsky's Secret Doctrine, Alice A Bailey, others of Theosophy), to Linda Goodman. I can say this much, if it is a beautiful expression of life and love, then I say keep it in the garden. If it is malicious, weed it out. The garden of my mental landscape is sacred. Which brings me back to the question. Has anyone heard of Share International? IP: Logged |

I was just reading Maitreya's Mission Volume One and I came across a very interesting thought.Maitreya contains the name Tara
like Osiris contains the name Isis This is what I read:
"Q: Does the name 'Tara' have roots in Buddhism, and if so how doe it relate to the present work of the Tara Center? (Jan, '84)
A: 'Tara" is the Buddhist name (taken from Hinduism) for the Mother Goddess, the Mother of the World, The Female Origin. One of Her manifestaions was the Hindu Kali, her aspect as teh destroyer. She was also Isis and Ishtar. Mary, mother of Jesus is her symbol. The coming age of Aquarius, the Age of Maitreya, is also the age in which the female, nuturing aspect regains expression. The age of Maitreya, therefore, is the age of Tara." I immediately pondered Linda's words about the Avatar of Aquarious, and about the return of Isis and Osiris. Part of my struggle is trying to piece together, mainly the prophecies of three teachers, Jesus, Linda, and Maitreya into my understanding of the world around me. Hey trilioth ~ thanks for sharing this information. No I hadn't heard of Share International until now.I like the whole 'Maitreya contains the name Tara' Isis & Osiris thing. I feel a deep affinity with Egypt and would like to study Buddhism further. I'm sure our dear 26 would find this interesting also. Best wishes,

I have found a site that relates to share international. This site gives general discriptions of many escoteric concepts, which is the root "philosohpy" behind the motives of share international.[url=]SouledOut.org[/url] At Share, Ben would say that the first resposiblity a disciple has is to know thyself, know your ray structure. Light is divided into 7 rays of color, these colors characterize our existance and the existance of all forms. They are even found to characterize the zodiac. I have found explanations and relationships (SouledOut)
that I have been searching for all this time to help me understand the connections and validity between the various teachings I have studied. IP: Logged |

Good QuestionI think it may be connected to the etheric. I am no master of the esoteric teachings though. Alice A Bailey wrote "A Treatise on Seven Rays" I have yet to read it, but I have been told to look into it for answers in that area. Here is a link on some basic information about rays. http://www.souledout.org/cosmology/7rays/7rays.html There are Seven Stars of the Orion's Belt that represent the Seven Rays. Each star has a planet body that it "acts through." I can tell you what I know about the seven stages of matter. Exoteric Science ("Modern Science, Western Science") tells that there are only 3--from bottom to top solid, liquid, gas. Esoteric Science tells that there are 4 levels of etheric matter above the 3. Interesting! (my name's Tara  )Hi Sheaa! trilloth, I havent heard of Share International, but I remember hearing about Benjamin Creme and Maitreya, years ago on Coast to Coast AM with Art Bell. I cant remember exactly what was said about these two, I just remember it wasnt positive. Somthing about Maitreya and Benj. Creme posing as a beings of Light but, are really dark forces here on this earth?? I just remember those two names and negativity surrounding them. I'm not sure. Have you heard anything about this? There might be more info on Coast's to Coast's site...
