I Loved this movie! This movie is so good! This is definitely my type of movie! For anyone who wants to see a good movie, don't miss it! It just came out on rental! I don't want to give anything away, so "mums the word!"

This movie sure opened my eyes..........things are not always how they seem.

Ohhhhhh.......it sure seemed like a true story! Now that I know it was fiction, boy! What a great imagination the writer had!

What is it about?

------------------
"There is no use trying," said Alice; "one can't believe impossible things." "I dare say you haven't had much practice," said the Queen. "When I was your age, I always did it for half an hour a day. Why, sometimes I've believed as many as six impossible things before breakfast." Lewis Carroll

Well....can't say too much what it's about. Don't want to give *anything* away to spoil seeing it.

It's about a young guy who becomes a magician/illusionist. Takes place in the 1800's or very early 1900's.

Trust me and see it. Then let me know.

I am waiting for The Prestige to come out on rental. It hasn't come out yet, correct? A very good friend recommended that movie to me, also.

Just rented Prestige last night. I am still trying to understand it. It didn't have a feel good ending like Illusionist did.

I don't like movies where they jump back and forth from past to present. It is too confusing.

I am still trying to understand who the Michael Caine charater worked for, considering the ending.

Thank you, artlovesdawn. I am glad I peaked your influence!

Yeah, Illusionist is more romantic, feel good, and Prestige is not. Still, kinda interesting.
