Hey, Orion! It's great that you found your way to LindaLand!! Reading Star Signs is the way I disovered Linda's books, too, and I agree that her writing stye is captivating. It's what made me keep reading. So why is Orion your fave constellation? Is the reason... *mysterious*? ------------------ Hello everybody! I used to be QueenofSheeba and then I was Apollo and now I am QueenofSheeba again (and I'm a guy in case you didn't know)! IP: Logged |

*does igor imitation*Look master, fresh meat. *drools* *end igor imitation* Lol... welcome to lindaland, orion. Have fun. Don't mind my pet piranha swimming around here. He won't eat anything bigger than ten feet, so if you're bigger than that, you're safe. Still not secured? Well, I left a caretaker to watch out my pet, but he's gone now. I think he's quite full already. IP: Logged |

Thankyou all for your support.Queen of Sheeba, Orion is my favorite constellation because it is a hunter.though i'm a Capricorn i believe i'm a mixure of many other signs. Also it is a winter and spring constellation -the seasons i love the most. Whenever I step out of my house in these seasons i look into the sky and there is it. The hunter.IP: Logged |

Hi Orion, There are a lot of older people here, and the younger ones are a minority. but don't worry people are extremely nice and everyone treats you the same, I'm only 16. There are a lot of people on this site who are from India. It must be a very special country for having so many people believe in astrology and metaphysics. W E L C O M E IP: Logged |

Hey sorry for not writing for a long time. Otherwise everything is going extremely superb in my life. I've just been promoted to class 11. That might seem strange to you but the session in India starts from April.India is also called Bharat (pronouced as Bhaa-rat the 'ra' in rat is like 'rou' in Rough).India is a very good place to live especially if you have lived here for long. I 've heard of many rumours from foreigners on the net that they think in India elephants roam around on the streets but if they use commons sense it sounds almost impossible. India has always been unique just like any other country. THere is still one thing that amazes me is that India throughout history has suffered invasion from Mongols, Timur the lame, ALexander, Aryans, Turks, Mughals, British and still she charmed them and embraced them and now they form the part India. I can go on blabbering a lot about India. I dont believe it would interest you much but I would continue. lol. The cities here are quite advanced but the villages are poor. However there are a many cities that are worse than the villages in view of the cleanliness and the amount of people. You'll find every facility available here whether it is a Dental Cosmetic surgery or a film on HBO. We have one of the best educational systems in the world. It's a home country that's why it's good for me. I'm sure a person from any other country wouldn't be able to enjoy here as much as a native. Different people have different view points. Some natives don't even prefer living in India whereas some foreigners adopt Indian citizenship. But I do believe that patriotism is a necessary quality for a citizen to have. A mother is your own, you wouldn't run after a rich mother if your mother is poor. I believe this has been my longest post ver. huh? Hope you enjoyed it. And as you said QOS indians really are into Astrology and stuff. You know? when a baby is born the parents call a Pandit who draws the baby's atrology chart and forecast the baby's future as a whole. I still have mine. It is in a form of a roll about 20metres long! Can you believe it. It contains my future forecast. I've tried reading it a couple of times but it was damn confusing. But I love the ending line. It says I'll be a 'Bharat Bhushan' meaning a gem of India. Isn't that just wonderful. Tell me who else is from india here? Orion IP: Logged |

That would be interesting. A lot of people think China is most likely to be next, but they both have huge populations, so plenty of room for industrial expansion. And a lot of ancient wisdom, too. ------------------ Hello everybody! I used to be QueenofSheeba and then I was Apollo and now I am QueenofSheeba again (and I'm a guy in case you didn't know)! Hi Orion. That was always my favorite constellation too! Ever since I was 6 I spotted the familiar shape, with the hanging tool belt and the nebula inside it.IP: Logged |
