i walk around in my apartment, restless. holding in my feelings, until they get to much.
i maybe send texts to friends, nice words and cheering up. heh. hard to tell them that its difficult on the inside.
i need to cry to release the emotional mess inside, but it is hard to let the first tears come.
so i try different things to help me cry.
feks a inner child meditation.
asking the child what she needs
i might try to sing, to release the pressure in the troath chackra, and to higher my vibration.
or shake my body.
or write
or paint/draw i have learned that i get hungry when im not in my body, so i do a prayer/meditate when that urge comes.
....or i might escape into the computer, facebook, a book,,,,, until the feelings make me angry and i need to call my mom, she helps me release the tears.
