thank you raine! at first i was dismayed at the cost of continued healing with this healer. you're right -- it is quite expensive. but i later realized that perhaps the universe made just that one visit possible because it was all i needed from that particular person, at that time. since then, i have encountered many different and expanded modes of healing, and more importantly, self-healing, that seem to provide me with just what i need, in the moment. currently, i'm exploring the shaman angle....it is so multi-faceted! the following also is a good place for learning about self-healing: Petrene....The Essence of Self Healing she has lots of good information on her site, but the book is the main thing....well worth it. she talks in-depth about travelling to past-life experiences to identify and cure current ills. it's outstanding. what kinds of experience do you have with energy healing? there is so much warmth and love to be found in this area....it does give me hope. talaith IP: Logged |

talaith, you ask about energy healings...you are so right about the self-healing and the present moment! i just came back from seeking communion with the elemental spirits in a clump of trees i affectionately refer to as "the forest"--the closest thing i can get to such in these parts ;o)wow--they have something to say, i can feel it, although some people came along to fish and i left. i shall get up early and commune when no one else is around. then i can let down my long rapunzel locks (not) and really tune in. when i got home, even my plants seemed more alive. i shall check out the reference. actually, i am a certified reflexologist, although my practice has not really taken off as yet. i have not put my heart and soul into it, but i am thinking, as i experience more of the present moment healing, i believe this will become a part of it for others the power of now, indeed! eckhart tolle is so funny--and so very human, sharing how after a month meditating in an ashram, his family can have him a mad man at one holiday i've read many books on meditation, but have not really had much success with actual practice until reading his. my ADD usually gallops off in several directions at once, but last night a half-hour passed in quiet bliss ;o) stay "tuned" IP: Logged |

...and back to the meaning of water...at one point a few years back, i had thought of using water as a medium to convey messages to MIA's or others isolated from the maini have cancer rising, so that is probably the impetus IP: Logged | |
