I dunno if everyone experiences this, but a lot of times while laying in bed, I'll have an elongated period between being totally awake, and totally asleep, where I will not be controlling my thoughts anymore and I will have the weirdest images come across in my brain. It's almost as if I'm dreaming but almost awake! Does anyone have any idea if there's a name for this, what this is, and maybe even what part of my conciousness I'm accessing? I have had the strangest images ever during these times. IP: Logged |

P.S. I just wanted to make note that I dont have sleep paralysis during these times, I do have the choice to wake myself to full alertness every time. IP: Logged |

Haha yeah, usually for me they are weird like...an episode of something from Adult Swim on Cartoon Network or watching Being John Malkovich...just really surreal with tons of twists...however, the other day I jerked completely awake after seeing an image of a dead cat. O_o I'll have to check out those links soon when I'm not half paying attention to car chases on tv haha! IP: Logged |
