Won`t be graphic here but will someone please tell me the general meaning of sex dreams? I had a pyschic tell me once that sex dreams are not about sex, rather about power. But I`m a sagittarius sun with an aries rising. Power is not an issue for me. I`m jus plain tired of bein a ho in my dreams! jeez! And yes, I do get some in real life, so it`s not that. Any thoughts?

well, sometimes sex dreams can represent trouble or even bad news or they can be literal, like when your sexual needs are not being satisfied and you really need sex.

I think for me, nonerotic sex dreams represent more understanding, acceptance, and integration than power.

IF u have sex dreams, it means u can't express that feeling in real life. In your case that is probably because your energy levels of sex are so intense that even when you get some in real life, it is still not enough. Thats why it occurs in dreams.
Dreams tell that which we repress/can't express/can't express enough in real life. Dreams are the unexpressed feelings of real life.

If u have had any dreams involving noses, mouth, blood, teeth falling out; they all could imply in sexual problems in real life.

Randall;
YOU can have mine.

Bruce; I think your dead on. I know cuz when I just read your response the hairs on my right arm stood up. I have awful nightmares about teeth. I thought this was cuz I knocked my front one out in a motorcycle accident when I was a teenager, and I had to have really painful dental work to fix that. So in my nightmares, I go to the bathroom mirror, all groggy, and sleep logged, and I wipe my eyes and open my mouth (don't know why, cuz there's no toothbrush in the dream) and all my teeth are gone, and I scream like a loony woman, thereby waking myself and others. My Grandma always told me teeth dreams were "bad," but she never said why. Do you possibly know what teeth have to do with sex?? I mean mouth, yeah, I could see the connection, but teeth??? Do ya know, do ya?

Teeth falling out or if they are broken, means impotence. Not neccesarily sex, but in your case it might be. If a man is having a dream where his teeth are broken, yes then it could imply on sexual problems(impotence). For a woman it could imply sexual apathy.
If you have no teeth at al in a dream, it means u can't digest emotions.

Since I posted this question, I haven't had one of these dreams, so I am assuming they arrived safely to Randall's house via U.P.S. lol.

Sexual dreams can also mean that you are reconnecting with a lost part of you. Some part of you, is 'dead', actually in a stage of inactive coma, and when you reconnect with it, you usually have a dream that ends sexually. Sexuality is basically life force, and the opposite of 'death' or rather a part of you that is 'dead'. It is not exactly bringing life to dead, but something similar.

Probably your nightmares are coming to an end and as a result you are having sexual dreams. The frightened part of you - you have lost contact with it and it awakens only in dreams and now you are reconnecting with it.

Does that make some sense?

Yes, raj, it makes some sense.
I can find something to agree with in everyones replies.
I think I need to focus on what exactly is going on in my life, internally and externally, when I am experiencing these dreams.
Like I said, right now they are gone, but, I know they will probably come back.
