Topic: Anyone ever dream about their soul mate?

Hello 
I'm new, but I've been snooping out the forum for quite sometime.I was just curious if it's common to dream of finding your soul mate, or realizing that someone is your soul mate?
If you don't mind, I would like to share a dream I had... It was winter time, it was a beautiful periwinkle coloured sky, big fluffy snow falling... very peaceful.
I was sitting in the passenger's side of a van, waiting for someone (I guess), in the parking lot when all of a sudden I see someone skating through cars in this parking lot... like actually ice skating lol.
Anyway, this person, whom I know, skates up to the van and presses his face against the windshield and makes a funny face... and I laugh, and then I realize that this is the one person I want. The one I want to marry, and have babies with, grow old with... and I was filled with such strong emotion during this dream... it's left me wondering if I should maybe make a move lol. ... Maps...I do believe that sometimes there are dreams that want to give us a really special message. Yes, the feeling we get waking up is the real one. You can sense if a dream was just a ´subconscious´ game´ or a real message sent! I once remember - I cannot tell whether it was a dream or a dimensional realm but I did get the strong feeling that it was a past life memory. My god! It felt so real and can´t doubt that. It was probably in Andalusia - during the arab era before 1492. (I guess - can´t say for sure about the date!)...
BUT remember the scenery so vividly - arab clothings - desert / palms / tents and HIM (felt it was the soulmate) talking to me. The only thing he said was ´I always wanted you...´.
MY GOD! I could feel his insatiable love he had towards me - THEN I realised why! I got the feeling that I was already married to someone else. Even though wasn´t giving any true love to none of those 2 men! I will never forget that scene...
In fact it made me realise my karmic payback in my love realtionships in this life.
I´m still paying it... I think my soulmate in this life is married!

That's so crazy! I fear a similar future for myself, as the my 'soul mate' is in a relationship with someone else... after I pushed him away. Such an intense feeling in a dream must mean more than 'it's just a dream'... That's so interesting. Thank you for your response ^^ IP: Logged |

Maps!Really? God! Must be painful. Everything happens for a reason though, definitely!
The point is to reach spiritual growth in this lifetime... through many situations that we can´t even imagine!

Your story is amazing! Really rare to happen to any of us! You are lucky - but I guess that´s because you are more spiritually ´open´ to accept Universes´s signs! :-)

I was sixteen ... being "spiritually open" to any "sign from the universe" had little to do with it, although the experience did inevitably help to lead me down the path I am on.I had no choice. It just happened, and it could happen to anyone.  IP: Logged |

I just read your story Ra. Truly beautiful. I'm not sure if I've ever had a similar dream. I remember once that I had a dream where I kissed a random guy. I had never seen him before, it was strange. It felt so real and the kiss just flowed. I remember wanting to stay in that dream, I wanted to know who he was. To this day my first love is the best kiss I've ever had. Completely smooth flowing. Every time I would have a first kiss with someone new I would always be disappointed that it lacked that rhythm. When we first met I felt this presence hanging over me, telling me I had a decision to make. I just felt it was something big. After we separated I would dream of him often and would wake up crying that my dreams were the only place I could touch him and be with him. They would feel so real, like he was right there. Maps, Ra and little cloud....glad to hear that u have probably seen your twin souls in your dreams and and met the same people in reality...
Mine was also somewhat similar..the only difference being i saw him in sum kind of visions... sudden flashes in front of my eyes...
