Im really dont have much of an opinion about astral projection.. To be honest I dont know much about it. But some things have happen that has me thinking about it.First maybe a year or so ago, I met an older man via another astrology forum. We talked right off the bat as friends...
We sent each other pictures.. When he saw my picture, he said ooo wow I KNOW you.
I said you do..
He says yes we meet everynight in the astral worlds.. He said you are a -------- I cant remember the word he used.
I said ooo, ok...
I thought it was a bit weird, and I wasnt sure how to take that.. Before that years and years ago I remember someone telling me that I astral project because of --------- again I cant remember what he said..
I said yeah OK WHATEVER.... So then yesterday my daughter comes to me, and she says MOM, I have to tell you something. I said ok..
She said you were alseep and I was in my room
and I heard noises outside in the back.. I got really scared and I went into your room and I leaned over you and said MOM...
You didnt wake up, so I turned on the light and said MOM.. you still didnt wake up..
So I gave you a shake and said mom... Still you didnt wake up..
She said I got really scared so I started yelling and shaking you real hard and YELLING at the top of my lungs.. MOOOOOMMMMMMMMMMM!!!
WAKE UP... MOM!!!!! MOM
She said she was yelling and shaking and I didnt even move an inch...
She said she thought I had died, that my body seemed lifeless... But she could see me breathing....
She finally gave up... So could I have been out of my body?? Why was I in such a deep sleep? I dont do, drugs or alcohol.. My system is clean. This kind of scares me because my daughter needed me, and I should have woken up with her yelling and shaking me.... I have no memory of her shaking or yelling at me...
I have no memory or knowledge of ANY type of astral projection.... IP: Logged |

Whoa! ... Thats awfully scary. From my knowledge, that definately sounds like an out of body experience. Desiring Shadows

You were definitely "somewhere else", but don't worry ... if your daughter really needs you, you will be there for her. I don't know if I would call it astral projection though.  IP: Logged |

It is natural to astral project during sleep, although it doesn't necessarily happen. It isn't anything to worry about.  ------------------

Oooooo, weird. I'm a little late here, but I had to add. My Mom was consistently the type of sleeper that wouldn't wake up (it probly didn't help she had a six pack or so under her belt every night before bed!), and I got used to it.
But one night I was laying in bed (age 12 or so), and I saw her in my room wearing a specific shirt she had, and she was choking. There was no sound coming from her, but I could see it, and then she fell over and I put the blanket over my head because I was pretty sure what I was seeing wasn't real. When I took it back off - nothing. I'm pretty sure in my mind it all related to the shirt, and I secretly burnt it later. But I never could figure what that whole episode was about. IP: Logged |

Yeah.. it was really freaky, that I know of it hasn't happen again..
I spoke to the doctor he said not to worry, but if it happens again I might have some sort of sleeping disorder.. Then I should get it checked out if it happens again...I do feel like I sleep walk, but no one has ever seen me.. So idk... Miss leo ooooo that's freaky! IP: Logged |
