I dreamt of a beautiful mermaid with glittery blue hair and sallow skin. She was a warrior though. Might sound odd but she had a shield that was made from a Unicorn's head. I admired her as I was her coming out of the water. My memory is blurry but somehow I ended up in the water with her but I couldn't swim so I was drowning, it felt awful. I was only able to gasp for air once and then I woke up...

Any interpretations?

Drowning represents= being overwhelmed, usually emotionally. Feelings of loss of self, identity. Could be problems with mother or motherlike person. Very often problems in intimate relationships. Sometimes with communications, others with identity.
