my sister is 13 and she has psychic dreams . she says the usual way it goes is that she sees someone or something that effects her and she dreams about that person and she sees them on Tv and they talk about say a new movie they are promoting or something that she saw in her dream . Hello, Lovehate122! What your sister appears to be having is what I'd like to classify under the term Deja Vu.
Deja Vu is an eerie experience in which there is a feeling that a completely unknown place is familiar, as if one has been there before, or that a new situation has been experienced before. (Kind of similar to what you told us about your sister.) It can be characterized as events, dreams, thoughts, statements, emotions, meetings and so on.
The expression itself is French for "already seen" and was coined by E. Letter Boirae in 1876. DReams may also be precognitive and experienced as deja vu where what was precognized occurs or is encountered. ===================================

Control what? The psychic ability to imagine up details of the future? I'm afraid not, for these fall under the notion of the collective unconscious. This frame of reference may serve as a resonance which one is in touch with the universal experience of the human race. (which is uncontrollable. I have these too.) And should be embraced! It's your minds subconscious workings and putting together the days experiences/thoughts. Hope this helps!!
