So let me begin with a dream I had a week or so ago. In the dream I was about to advertise something in some sort of church that I had no clue about. The building was one floored, and looked very dusty, the sky was very dark and it seemed to me like it was almost midnight. Well suddenly, I fell to the ground in lawn of very dark green grass. A tall strange man leaned down and picked up a blue bird from me.
It seemed like that blue bird, which turned out to be an owl that was blue with large golden/green eyes was my soul? And he placed me in an hourglass cage. It was strange because the cage was hour glassed shaped and had holes that were rhombus like, not rectangle or squared like normal cage openings.
The man seemed so nonchalant after he put my soul in a cage. A woman came out of this church and said, "oh she just died?... well we're gonna have to get another...." And then I woke up.

What could this dream possibly mean?

Also a dream I had a month ago with me and my boyfriend. In this dream we were holding hands and floating in mid air. We were in this weird universe where the elements had their own world. He had a Scorpion tail and I had a Jar of water. Which is an example of our zodiac signs. Heh. Anyways, we were waiting to buy this bag, and it looked really pretty even though I don't really like anything with leather, or whatever and then I just woke up, but not before me and him got the bag and were underwater alone in this really intimate atmosphere. What does this dream mean?

Hello LiesLilithsaidtouranus

An hourglass represents the passing of time and the beginning of a
new stage in the dreamer's life. To dream that you are in a glass house, signifies the threatened loss of your reputation. To see an hourglass in your dream, denotes that time is running out for you. This may be a deadline that you have to meet for school or work. Alternatively, it represents a situation that is being turned upside down.

The color blue represents truth, wisdom, heaven, eternity, devotion, tranquility, loyalty and openness.
Maybe you are expressing a desire to get away. You have clarity of mind. Alternatively, the color blue may also be a metaphor for "being blue" and feeling sad.

To dream of ablue birdrepresents the personality or soul after death. But it can also show the flight of awareness into new or wider experience. The colour gives it a link with the heavens and it is therefore a symbol of your own ability to reach a wider awareness – the spiritual.

In a cage hourglass: Feelings of being restricted or trapped; holding back love or inspiration; safety in restriction. If there are positive feelings around the caged bird, it might suggest the need to withhold love or freedom, but it could suggest feeling trapped in a relationship, especially if there are two birds in the cage.

Owl see in the dark, this represents our intuitive sense that we ‘sees’ what is happening in the subtle areas of our feeling and experience. Because the owl as a dream symbol is an actual doorway to the usually hidden side of life, we may sometimes feel fear or danger in regard to it.

Seeing a church in the dream may be a sign of your growing maturity and inner faith. .
With the dark sky above the church, there may be issues of safety, security and strength through community and religious expression. None of us can escape the age-old questions, "Who am I?" and, "What is the meaning of life?". Coping with our own physical mortality is a big deal. Both our conscious, and unconscious minds are continually working and bringing issues of relevance and concern into our awareness.

This first dream:

May mean you are feeling depressed/tranquil because you comprehend the hidden sife of life/parts of life which you have no control of. Maybe you fear death?
Because of such inhibitions, you feel restricted or trapped but accept it with clarity/peacefulness. This may cause you to lose faith over situations in which you have no control of.
Good luck!!
