Hey there! I've been wanting to astral project for quite a while now. I know I've done this before during my sleep or something cuz I felt I was awake and roaming around the house then suddenly I was in my bed waking up and I was like WHOA, WHAT WAS THAT ALL ABOUT?!?!?! Anyways, to make a long story short--may anyone give me some tips on accomplishing this?? Thanks!!! <3

Astral projecting really can be quite enjoyable! A great movie, Insidious, they talk about it. You can also find further information in your nearest library. Although I think the thread Love Being Aries listed covers it well!

I watched that movie and it scared me enough to never astral project lol

but I will never do that on purpose. I once had a dream in which I realized i was dreaming and i was chased by gangsters and i said to myself, wait its a dream so i turned back and shot bullets at them. Awesome dream.

but I like my dreams the way they are, i will never want to consciously control them. I wonder why you guys would do that

I wish I can control my dreams...I used to dream appt as a kid of this ugly,scary, satanic looking black dog who would always chase me but then I would fly away haha. It was cool.

Lmao! Sorry, I didn't even realize! You should still do it. Hey, remember the end of the movie? With the old lady who can see the demons and the that lady with the black hat? That was cREEPY also.... Just kidding! don't listen to me! Haha.

Hahaha oh man...but I gotta get over that fear of bad entities and what not...but I saw this vid on you tube that they CAN'T harm u unless u allow it?? Is it possible that some bad spirit can take over my physical body while my astral body is in the astral realm?? >.<

That in particular I don't know of. Will have to research that up a bit. If one can ASTRAL PROJECT in the subconscious realms, I'm sure there are many hidden wonders out there...
