I had a very strange experience/sensation last night. It was not even long enough to be a dream but it was more like a sensation where i felt the sensation I was buried under sand. That sensation is very vivid and real. Then, there was this huge body lying across my adominal. When I attempt to raise my hand to touch the body, the sandy-environment sensation disappeared.The weirdest part is that the first thought that came across my mind was that i astal travelled to the burial place of my previous incarnated being.. Is that even possible? or is this just my imagination? I seldom dream so this is interesting.. IP: Logged |

Hello lilithpluto  Sure, it is possible. I've had similar sensations, so I'll tell you what it seems like from my experience. There is a technique for inducing an out-of-body experience that involves "feeling heavy", which can lead to a sensation of being buried. In a later step in this method, conscious awareness becomes split between the physical body and the astral body … this can cause all kinds of strange sensations, including the feeling that a body is lying on top of you. The other body is actually yourself. Any attempt to move the physical body, and the sensation disappears. So it sounds to me like you were in the beginnings of an astral projection, or OBE, where sensations often become very confusing.

wow.... that is interesting! How do i ensure astral projection.... i don't know what i did to make that happen.... i really like to learn how to do it intentionally. My experiences so far are that they are random occurances.  IP: Logged |
