It has been over a month since I have given my dear Astra away. It still hurts to this day but time has kind of eased out the pain.

I had a kitty a long long long time ago.
They can truly be a Beautiful part of our lives.

Yes of course.. I couldn't discount a kitty astral visit?

And then, I'd ask... Why is it that your kitty would have come to visit you (whether it was 'just a dream' or a visit)?

Are you feeling any kind of sadness inside?
Do you need to take more Loving Care of yourself emotionally?

Maybe share this with your boyfriend?
Get some extra 'TLC' in your life...

I am not sure why I have that dream, although I have been contemplating on my physical health lately. I have been quite depressed for the one month since she left and have been letting myself go. I feel constantly tired, anxious, and stressed regardless of how much sleep I get. I’ve been finding it really hard to relax. There’s just so much things I have to do.

Before, I could just come home and chill with her. It rejuvenates me. Now I come home and I don’t get that much recharge in my energy. My bf is just as stressed as I am so we both feel lethargic lately.

I have a salt lamp and a few incenses at home but I still don’t find it helping at all. Lately, me and my bf have been plunging in to a bunch of bad habits because of stress. We come home, I cook, we either smoke pot or drink, eat, and go to sleep. We either get less than or more than 8 hours of sleep, which is not good.

I think the softness of her fur and her purring was meant to help me relax in the dream. She gave me the relaxation I have been needing. I woke up feeling energized that day. Could this be what it means?

"Stressed and lethargic?" ... I don't think you're alone! Many are feeling like that right now.. (sky energies?!)

And, Yes of course--
The experience of her came in order to help you 'feel' comforted. How lovely!!

Now, you have 'this memory' of the dream, and how it 'felt' to you.

You can access 'that state' anytime you need it. Just think back to the effect of the dream, and your 'body' will respond to your holding that thought and image, once more.

Have you considered getting a new kitty?

I know that live pets can be expensive.

If you wanted to, you could go to a special store that sells high-quality stuffed animals. Find a stuffie that matches your kitty-- or a different stuffed toy that calls to you-- and cuddle it?
