I used to have vivid dreams. Some days I would look forward going to bed knowing that I will see something interesting(like a movie). Lots of times my dreams would have continuation from previous night. All and On it was great. Some dreams were scary and frustrating but it did help me to "work " through the issues in my dreams. I would be running(scared), fighting, punching, hitting , screaming obscenities , in 1 dream I was even contemplating a murder (scary ahh?, I could not get over this dream for a whole month:Felt ashamed, guilty , horrible, you name it... but relieved at the same time) Dreams allowed me "experience" these negative experience without actual running scared, fighting, punching , murdering , ect Granted it did not happened every night rather about once a month. NOW NOTHING, I do not remember anything and I miss It (BTW: Natal Neptune is on my ASC )IP: Logged |

Try vitamin B-12. It worked for me and others. A problem can be some dreams seem so TEDIOUS as they're so boring.IP: Logged |

Put a notebook and pen beside your bed regularly and be ready to write your dream when you awake. This way you tell your subconscious you want to remember the dream. I believe eventually you will. Edit: of course you have to keep on writing the dreams once you remember them, to keep remembering! IP: Logged |

Drink camomile tea 😄. I’ve been going through the same thing having not great night sleeps and very rarely dreaming. Tried magnesium for a while but stopped helping after a bit. Lately drinking camomile tea/ night time tea before bed and it really helps me sleep and dream! IP: Logged |

An energy plate--not a plate that you eat off of that is the color of purple.IP: Logged |

You might also try magnesium or melatonin. Vivid dreams mostly occur during deep sleep, so you aren't reaching that state.IP: Logged |

Also, you could be sleeping very well--too well. Tell yourself: "I will wake up when I've had a dream."IP: Logged |

Finally , I dream today Dream was strange though. I , with my mom and my daughter at the plastic surgeon office (lol), for some reason I have to see him ... beats me , why While talking to him, my daughter runs somewhere, I started to chase her (hence interrupted a meeting.... and I do not remember what we were talking about)Anyways, I fetched my daughter and returned to his office, still wondering why I am here and what we talked about. but I see he is busy with something, so I stopped in front of his office , which has big glass doors and windows. All of the sudden I see big beautiful photographic portraits of myself on his walls (not 1 but 2 from different angles). They are very good quality and definitely professional. I am wearing pink dress (PINK is not my color)Anyways, I stopped there in awe, what my photographs doing in his office and why I am in his office and why I came to see plastic surgeon and what we are talking about. He sees me but ignores me completely, apparently upset with me at me for running to get my daughter. (she is 8) . I felt funny... ignored and little bit ashamed and even angry . So I am standing there in front of his big glass window/door and trying to figure out why I am angry , why I felt ignore and what rubbish it is. Then I turn around and walked out his office completely, thinking I will get back and talk again but not now.IP: Logged |
