I think ANY Libra in man's personal planets will give him some diplomacy. Everybody needs SOME diplomacy, and some have too much for their own good. Each scenario brings it's own set of challenges for sure.
You're right, Starlover...I'm almost 100% masculine in my astological makeup, so I can express myself like a brute sometimes, yet I'm female, (and totally not gay, BTW, thank you very much)

I do get the point, but that's also mix in with hurt as well. I like to make interesting points, but everybody here takes it as if I'm being mean and nasty or bias, when ya got someone that talks about ones country and accusses us for only what maybe a few people do,but tell the whole world about it,that's being just what that person that's doing the accusations and is really all about, that's just like me saying that "Americans only drink coffie and the Brits only drink tea, because our governments prohibits the two for it's not cultural,I hate the two countries, because that means I have to go all the way to New England in order to have 'Ice Tea' and then take a ferry all the way to Long Island,NY just to put Alcohol in it!", and yet tell this to people that never knew any thing about the two countries and they believe it! That's how the CRAP starts right there and then and it never seems to go away afterwards. Threwout history they'll be teaching the kids that Americans and Brits are SO EVIL,that they use to put the people on Death Row for serving the wrong drinks! As funny as that may sound of what I'm saying, believe me,you'll be amazed! When you got some guy that is very worldly and has the money to voyage like that and is going prancing about in all these "Third World Countries"(where they have no real access to the outside world or really don't care what goes on,because they have better things to worry about)and tells them this BS or the ones that do have the access, but the story is being twisted and turned upside-down and then turns around and tells us "Oh, BTW, they hate you and I don't blame them, because your this and your that" and all you can say is "Oh, really?!",you know the sh*t's gonna fly!

This guy is saying things about people that he has no idea who they are and really doesn't care,so long as he speaks his mind and is heard, and give and take he has that right, but I too have the right to disagree and tell him so AND defend myself,I'm sorry that at the time,I said it a little louder then normal, but I did say it,I was reading all these posts and you guys seem to be trying to make sense of his rudeness and he seems to be getting a kick out of it! It was p*ssing me off! It still is.

The thing is,the people that disagree with me,that's OK,but when I disagree with someone,I get the axe,it seems. Maybe it's a Mars/Venus thing, when a guy is saavy enough, the other guys have to kiss his A$$ and him sh*t down they're necks, but all the girls have let that female do what ever she pleases, because her bust is bigger.

Wanna gag,now or later?

Ozone you crack me up sometimes. How do you know who's bust is bigger? Some men need a man-siere you know, when they wear their dresses as least. AHHHH! The visuals I'm getting now!

I know exactly what you're saying, but you're giving it more power by beating that dead horse all the way home.

N_w...that's all you wanted to comment on, eh? You're too funny.

I think I should change my samples to "A Libra would say, or Venus would say..., and a Scorpio or Aries would say, or Mars would say..." know what I mean?

Yeah. *Scampers off to edit*

it has nothing to do with scorpio or taurus or pisces or anything. it just has to do with the fact that it upsets me (and others i daresay) greatly to see people made fun of. i dont care what a person does, if they are gone, they are gone, and theres no need to continue to belittle them. if he was still here id say yea, argue his ignorance if he keeps saying insulting things. but hes not.

its my understanding from the many posts in this forum of randalls and the mods that that wouldnt happen here. they have been most adamant about it. i happen to agree with it. i felt safe here. with the negativity around, i dont.

i was called some pretty harsh things too, remember a post from someone named novgirl? or even our own dear pidaua? i defended myself, but once it was over, it was over. i just dont see how beating a dead horse does anyone any benefit. indeed once pid and i 'got our groove on', it was over and great and i really admire her. i like her. im not suggesting you like anyone and kiss and make up at all. its just that hes gone now, and what you say isnt hurting him, its hurting others who actually initially agreed with you. thats the logic i cant wrap my head around. when did i become the enemy? i was just as critical of teva as anyone. i didnt do anything to you but ask that you lay off the insults, and now im in your targets. is this how you treat decent people who happen to agree with most of your points, but just happen to request that you not insult others? its like you think im his best friend or think exactly how he thinks. nothing could be further from the truth.

quote:
Who thinks I'm the "Grand Wizard"? Is that a good thing? I wanna take that as a compliment, even if it wasn't meant as one, just cuz I'm such a Leo.

lioneye, you wouldnt want to be called a grand wizard. that title happens to be reserved for the leader of the kkk, its not a nice title to wish to have, as grand as it sounds.

quote:
A female (or Venus) will say...

I may be way off base here, and forgive me if I've misunderstood. Please don't take this the wrong way. I still really like you as a person, and I think you're really great. I just want to point out that you may have overlooked the fact that you're standing directly on my toe, and I don't prefer that. Sorry, I know it's not your fault.

lioneye, you have seen me when i have been attacked. i dont think i personally am anything like that, although ive seen women like that. in any event the difference is that once something is over, i feel its over and we should move on.

quote:
The thing is,the people that disagree with me,that's OK,but when I disagree with someone,I get the axe,it seems.

first of all, i never disagreed with you when i first posted my request. it was a simple request, that i thought you would respect, as in the other thread you apologized if you had hurt me. why is that attitude gone now? i have told you over and over again that what is going on is *still* upsetting me, and all you can do is continue to argue and put me down, so what exactly did i do wrong? all i originally asked was 'can we please just let the teva issue go', and for some reason now *im* in your sights. you wanted to know why i requested that, and i told you.

nobody disagreed with you in the bush thread. except teva, but you took care of him. you got the last word in that thread, so why is it so necessary to carry it over? thats exactly what i had feared, that the hostility would carry over into other threads. i had hoped that once that thread was finished, people would move on and that would be that, another page in our collective history.

hopefully this is over now. i am not going to continue this argument, im well and truly sick of being chastised for a simple request that wasnt even unreasonable, but one of the tenets of this board. perhaps we could agree to disagree, yet respect each other? would that be too much of an affront to you? perhaps you could be a gentleman?

still wishing you love and peace

anafaery, I just had to say the way you sign your posts is the cutest thing, puts a grin on my face everytime I see one "crusaderfaery" "virtousfaery" "cheekyfaery" etc.

PS - I don't wanna get myself started on the Recall... as MY SOLE reason for registering to vote for the first time in my life was the vote against Gray Davis, AND I worked on the Recall campaign collecting signatures for free (which actually landed me in a bit of hot water at my law firm, oops! ) Anyways, but I'd like to hear some others' opinions...

I never had any doubts about registering to vote. As soon as I turned 18 I registered. Even sent in an absentee ballot from school for the mayoral election. (An election I felt very strongly about). The high school I went to brought in a guest speaker every other Wednesday for the afternoon. So we were able to meet 2 of the 3 candidates that year. Very interactive and just a good, eye-opening experience. 'Course my candidate didn't win. For the next election, I'd love to help out and get our current mayor out of office. lol

I think that the whole thing is a total "TRIP-OUT", I never seen anything like this in America, this is something that you would expect from a Burt Reynolds movie or something. A Total Recall! I think this whole thing about it is something new in the US,I don't think that this has ever been done before, not like this!

As in the weather, the next three days,we're getting more storms,oh well.

This Recall is... like ALL the commentors say... "Straight outta Hollywood"

The "Davis gets Terminated" slogans crack me up everytime I see them!

Let's see an "only in Hollywood" gubernatorial race includes: Porn King Larry Flynt, Arnold Schware....whatever, The Terminator, and not to mention, GARY COLEMAN a small San Francisco newspaper paid to put him on the ballot. The kid from Different Strokes!!!
I saw his interview and he isn't taking it seriously, just to get media coverage for certain issues and the paper, lol... His campaign slogan should be "It take different strokes to rule the world, yes it does... AND THAT'S What I'm Talking about Willis!"
Sorry, cracking my-self up today

...only in California...

Alll I'm asking is... Who's next?

I just KNEW Arnie was going to throw his hat into the world of politics sooner or later. C'mon, man. Think about it. A very popular Leo man, who is a pop culture hero and "icon", happens to be married to a Kennedy, who happens to be Scorpio (many a prominant man has been married to a strong Leo or Scorpio woman,...true story)...It was only a matter of time. In fact, I wouldn't be surprised if they changed the law to allow a non-native born American to run for the presidency, just for him. And, he'd probably win too.

That's all I wanted say. I KNEW it.

Hey Lion! Thanx! Didn't know Arnold was a Leo *recalculates mental score, adding three points*

And Maria Schriver is a Scorp...!!!?!!???
Wow learned a lot just now, thx again!

Another Leo/Scorp couple in politics, I hope they fair better than Bill and Hillary, actually I like Bill... Hillary's a little psycho though in my book.

I was "HILLARY FOR PRESIDENT IN 2004" until her book came out... read it... it's a bunch a BULL#$%^ It was SO FAKE I was disgusted...

Just like I was ALL FOR DAVIS... until I saw him FREAK OUT on TV due to some criticism during the power crisis... terrible... a true face surfaced, and I NO LIKE
