TRANCE Formation of America was NOT meant to be a book, originally.It was a compilation of "evidence" gathered to present to proper authorities. When proper authorities didn't act on the information, it was decided to publish the facts in a book. That is how TRANCE Formation of America came to be written. There was a follow-up book written by Cathy O'Brien and Mark Phillips, called ACCESS DENIED For Reasons of National Security

Not speechless in Madeira Beach Rainbow. I'm just waiting for you to post the Federal suit, listing the allegations of kidnapping, torture, rape, deprivation of civil rights..etc...along with the federal courts ruling the suit was dismissed for reasons of national security. When you've done that...and Rainbow, if there is no suit, no formal compliant, no documents in possession as there would be, then one must consider the public allegations to be false. If I were kidnapped, forced to have sex with Janet Reno, Hillary Clinton, Bella Abzug, tortured, blah, blah, blah...bet your bippy there would be a suit in a federal district court and I'd have a copy of the suit and all documentation to prove the allegation...in addition to copies of any and all motions before the court and the court decision. So, where is the minimum amount of proof...documents from the federal suit..against parties or against the federal government itself which would give at least some substance to these allegations? They haven't been sued because the people they accuse are "public figures/persons" who cannot sue for slander or libel as could a "private figure/person. However both "public figures/persons and "private figures/persons can be sued civilly and charged criminally. The question is....why didn't the accusers chose one of those venues to air their complaints? All the sworn testimony and affidavits delivered to Congressional hearing bodies, the World Court, the Human Rights Commission et.al. were,...if they were...presented to persons and bodies who have no power to grant any relief, no power to arrest, no power to try, to convict or to punish and no power to grant any monetary damages. Question is....why go there? Were it me, I would have filed a criminal compliant with the state attorney's office or filed a compliant with the US Attorney for the district AND filed a civil compliant. There would have been documents...the complaints, any motions by the parties sued to quash the complaints by motion, written decisions by the judge on the motions and if the judge dismissed the complaints for any reason...there would be a written order signed by the judge of the dismissal and a copy to the plaintiff. That's the way the system works. Because none of that seems to exist...and it would exist if a criminal compliant or civil suit were filed...I tend to discount the allegations.

BINGO! jwhop, it was because their continued efforts to do it - EXACTLY the way you suggested.....and being denied FOR REASONS OF NATIONAL SECURITY (as the title of the books says), that they published the book....in the first place...i.e. so that "the court of public opinion" could at least know what was going on....duh! quote:

Documents DO exist. One needs to actually read the book (or books) to understand all the blocks and complications they ran in to. It's really hard to get "help" from the very people you are accusing....In fact, not only did they not GET THE HELP...their very lives were on the line (and still are), for blowing the whistle on some VERY BIG NAMES (including Commander Corruption - which I thought might interest you...) When Mark Phillips rescued Cathy O'Brien and her daughter Kelly, they were fleeing members of the U.S. Government, Intelligence, Military and Justice Departments (as MK Ultra mind-controled slaves)......they had to leave the area since "federal protection" was out of the question... More than sex was involved...Cathy as a zombie/robot was also a drug runner for the CIA....
