I understood certain members of LL felt they could not post here, because they could not get along with certain knowflakes. But they did not want to leave because they adored others. So this was a place where they could talk about whatever and feel safe…and be around friends.

I was allowed to join, which was nice. As I appreciated the peace and privacy. I still adore LL, and see it as my little secret retreat. But now I also had somewhere else too. Anything to escape my hectic life for a while. I saw no harm in it. Nor did I see any negative posts…other than when someone discussed emotional pain…about someone else.

Honestly I did not see any b*tchy post there, so this whole “drama” thing confuses me. But I do admit I stuck only in 2 forums…so maybe I have no right to say.

Yes there was a voting thing. When I arrived I noticed someone voted no for whether I should join or not. But the rest said yes. I recall someone wasn’t sure if I should join. I was not offended, as they are allowed their point of view. And if they did not want me, the rejection would have hurt my ego, but I would have moved on.

As I can’t, nor would want to, speak for anyone else. I suppose it is likely others could have posted some negative things, as no one can control what someone else posts. And that is a reason to be upset. So I am sorry you had to read that…and that it was written in the first place. Though personally surprised I did not come across it.

But KS was not designed for that. Hell LL has some insane members, but that doesn’t take away it’s beauty…as so many members make up for those odd ones. I’ve been hurt many times by members…but the other member ( who luckily make up the majority ) more than balance that out. KS was not a place of spite.

AG..emailed me all the KS stuff..and reading it made me sick to my stomach..I was disgusted..
if you choose not to see..what is around you..

to condone, talking about people behind their backs..is wrong..alot of things..were wrong..at KS..

to undertake to do everything with LOve for all equally..why'

the signs are clear..and each one of US is responsible..

The whole business has challenged my belief system morally and ethically.
The first rule you learn in life is the Golden rule, you know, "treat others as you would have them treat you"
That definately wasn't applied here.
And it got worse.
Negativity breeds negativity. If your standards are low you're not evolving.
I try not to judge but you can't condone this kind of behavior, not for the betterment of everyone.

Heresay and speculation? An opinion without merit? WaterNymph herself stated she stuck to only 2 forums. Is her assessment also mere speculation? Exactly how many posts does one need read before their opinion qualifies?

Why surprise over something you think is recycled nonsense? Lalalinda's opinion doesn't stand alone. We've all heard it, as you said. What surprise?

Surely any logical person can see the bias in this thread?

Personally, I saw enough to make up my mind about LindaLandWest. I'm not going to convince you and you're not going to convince me. 'nuff said about that, I guess. In the meantime, I hope Lalalinda, and others who dare question, feel as comfortable as WaterNymph did to express their feelings without being jumped on.
