AM it was a muse.BUD, Oh thats a complete statement now  What I am glad is that the Electoral college is direct when they choose a president or senator. What I really think will make this process effective is if users can register online with ssn for quick quiz and even vote if they pass their test. With advance in internet technology it can be realistic someday. So it does not matter if you have PMS cramps or whatever LOL I think some day thats what people will do.
