>>when you're having private conversations on a public forum

Because we are constrained to chat privately does not mean that all conversations are meant to be public. Technically they are public but please show some manners.

And no one has authority over any one AG.

We are all unique individuals.

Because you did not understand somethings logically does not mean it is the end of the road. Pay attention to the heart and the gut. More importantly : Forget the past , but make sure it is part of you in the now.

I said >>>War is necessary for real peace.

If you care I did post that on the first post but you somehow seem to have missed it. Not unusual demeanor from your side.

Imho all warriors come to a real peace after fighting some war. Every war teaches you something. Some learn from one experience and some never learn. Hope you can connect the dots now.

Gee I hate Marx -- whats the incentive for someone with high grades to help a lower grade student?

AG - please don't mind if I ignore you from hereon. Ofcourse until I see some progress in you

Tink, I think I know why you like to hear me quaking LOL:

Its because if you were my history teacher you would have certainly given me a good grade

I used to love history in my school BTW. I used to learn it as if putting myself in their shoes and telling their story.

Water signs are very imaginative. Even Einstein used to say he used to imagine chasing a photon when he developed his TOR. I spiralled when I read him say that.

Heard someone over here say of water signs Pisces = future, Cancer = past and Scorp = present.

I personally think Scorp = past , cancer = present and pisces = future.
May be I am biased or that could be a ridiculous notion.

LOL

For all you Jesus devotees.
Lets see if you can answer this one.

What is the relation between Jesus and Melchizedek?

This is so crazy, Mannu.

You vacillate between arrogant and humble, smart and stupid. To me, it appears that you'd prefer to be seen as smart and arrogant. When you run into an obstacle, you turn into water to try to move around it. Why is it unreasonable to expect you to be logical when you believe yourself to be logical? And why do you turn away from the subject at hand instead of explaining yourself?

You wouldn't get into these arguments if you simply gave yourself some time to think about what you're saying before you said it. I think we all give you a bit of grace understanding that you have a tendency to be controversial, but you see people start challenging you when you get out of control. You seem to feel ok saying anything regardless of whether its reasonable, rational, tasteful, distasteful, stupid, bigoted, etc.

And now your post has flip flopped, and you've added stuff. It's ok for you to flip flop, but not a leader, huh? And now you're back to trying to act arrogant as if you could possibly get me to believe you're more wise than me. You are not a teacher, and it would be wise of you to understand that. Teachers communicate coherantly.

AG, I have not taken or edited any lines that you have seen previously, but added some more words so that your stupid brain can understand. NO, I am not a teacher. I am not realized. Your fantasy of a teacher is JESUS WALKING ON WATER. I don't think I can ever match that.

Also I think I am pulled unwittingly into your self created meaningless arguments.

You didn't add any words so that my "stupid" brain could understand. Every bit of what you added was completely irrelevant to our conversation. The troubling part for me, is that you believe those words somehow made clear your meaning.

I don't think you are pulled unwittingly into my arguments. You have choice. I'm unfortunately pulled into answering complete and utter nonsense when I see it. Granted, I'll probably leave you alone for a little bit after we're done here, but as long as you keep saying unreasonable and illogical things there will be a good chance of response from me, so you may as well get used to it.

My fantasy of a teacher is essentially someone like myself.

That's a pretty complex question.
If you are interested, there is some useful information you may gain from here:
http://wn.rsarchive.org/Lectures/19090215p01.html;mark=286,14,25#WN_mark

juni's answer is much more to the point than I can allow mine to be. As I am short on time at the moment, all I can say is this:

If you can understand the relationship between John the Baptist and Jesus, then you may find a parallel of that in the relationship between Melchizedek and Abram.

mmmmm

M to A.... J to J .... ends in J.

Cool.

I wish we could take this in a private forum someday not today though. They say never to discuss these things in public or even talk about how you pray or not pray or do whatever because you are in danger of losing it. And definitely not in GU where ex military losers or weasles who haven't fought a single war or fought in total unconsciousness, takes up spirituality discussions

I will be careful henceforth.

Nosis thanks I will read that thread. Thats from Steiner who also discussed Neesches book I believe...cool

Reminds me I haven't completed the book "will to power" as I jumped over to a book on black holes -- whats your opinion about Neesche on war? Did he opine that end of wars will be detrimental to society?
If you care to answer.

It's so weird when people try to be arrogant while pouting, Mannu. What military were you part of again? What war did you participate in? (Do you ever stop to consider what you'd do in a war? I've argued with you a number of times now, and your personality seems to have a difficult time with conflict.) I think total unconsciousness appeals to you, because consciousness requires a bit of responsibility.

Juni - yes it will be raw and uncensored if the civilization survives and I should become enlightened. Any one following the sun cycles of late? Gee, I also wish Jwhop does not boil his blood and is calm and relaxed.

Ramana Maharishi ( a cappy I think ) says very beautiful "What is more important than being enlightened is the connection that you make with the master".(paraphrased)

For all you libards who over parse my words -- I am not a master but what if one of your friend in your circle becomes one and you love him/her

AG, I never intend to confuse.

In lien of Mannu being an admirer of Osho and many a general sufi conversation between Mannu & I, I found it delightful to see your statement & noticed the sufi resemblence ie we are responsible for our every thought and deed and must hold ourselves to that high standard of responsibility..

The posting of the quote was in no way related to the actual conversation going on.

My apologies for any confusion
