 AG, i'd love to meet you too. I also like to keep things simple (and thought I had been, along with keeping them light, or trying to anyway) and when I read V's response this morning i was just sitting here in a "wtf? state". Bewilderment. V, I thought you'd be like; 'yeah, cool. let's hang out.' Will try to get back to this soon. Sorry, wicked busy atm. IP: Logged |

 YES! The most insidious form of slavery is the slavery performed voluntarily, by the slave who doesn't know he's a slave and proudly serves his masters "in all humility"; the one who longs for freedom, while defending his captors; who bemoans his condition, but deplores anyone who would speak against, and try to alter, it; the slavery of ignorance.

 For some reasonyour tone online
 comes across to me
 as ambiguous.
 I dont know why that is. Maybe you're the sh!t,but I'm afraid to meet you.
 I'm afraid you and your homeboys
 are gonna wanna stomp my nuts in,
 and take my lunch money.
 Or something, lol.
 I dont know. I cant read you. I think everybodyis judging me.

 |  posted July 04, 2009 12:32 AM       Here's a song called "Homeboy" by James:
 You're a late childYou're a love child
 It's enough, child
 That you're so appealing
 You're appealing, you're appealing
 To a need that we all have been feeling
 You don't fit where you've been put
 They're so straight
 Straight out of some book
 Try to fake it with the real men
 Tried to fill your father's size ten
 Alone in this world
 You're not a boy or a girl
 Don't let them wear you down
 What a wonderful ego
 You should be so proud
 Far out is the life for you
 Not just a life, that you must make do
 Alone in this world
 You're not a boy or a girl
 Nothing is certain,
 Everything's changed
 More than just words when it's you who's in pain
 You hold the chalice, you hold the blade
 Bring them together and see what you've made
 Facing the future inside a cocoon
 Feeling control when you've been so abused
 Alone in this world
 Your're not a boy or a girl
 Alone in this world
 You're not a boy or a girl
 You're not a boy or a girl

 "And to be wroth with one we love…
 Doth work like madness in the brain."
 "Sympathy constitutes friendship;
 but in love there is a sort of antipathy, or opposing passion.
 Each strives to be the other, and both together make up one whole."
 "Deep thinking is attainable
 only by a man of deep feeling,
 and all truth is a species of revelation."
 “Nothing is as contagious as enthusiasm.
 It is the real allegory of the myth of Orpheus;
 it moves stones, and charms brutes.
 It is the genius of sincerity,
 and truth accomplishes no victories without it.”
 "He Prayeth best,
 who loveth best;
 All things great and small;
 For the dear God who loveth us;
 He made and loveth all."
 "The fair breeze blew,
 The white foam flew,
 And the forrow followed free.
 We were the first to ever burst
 into the silent sea."

 | posted July 04, 2009 01:59 PM I'm a long time fan of the band James. I once performed that song at a Jam Night, which is a little bit like an open mic night but there's a whole band ready to play with you.
 James' singer is an Aquarius. IP: Logged |

   Can't leave you two alone for a minute! :^D I've been gone for a week or so and I will be busy from now on workin for the man actually, workin for my darling flower, so you'll all have to muddle on without my scintillating posts for a while more prolly... lol :^D You will all have to eventually meet together when we get the house. There is a Mystic River in Massachusetts and a Mystic, Connecticut. I have just heard of those in the last month. Groovy.
 There will hearby be NO growing up, growing old or being mature... well, unless it pays the bills so we can be artistic... clearly a is needed. A balance, that is. We need a cook. Who cooks? Sunchild must be our shopper and meal planner.

 | posted July 07, 2009 01:47 AM Lovely quotes, love.
 So what kind of work for the man will you be doing? I think it can be a good thing and actually often helps with depression issues. To have something to do and focus on every day; when you HAVE to get out there into the world. That's what I've noticed anyway. And at other times it's extremely hard. But I think it will be good for you. No, absolutely no growing up or getting old. I'll be able to cover my share of the bills and maybe some others when they can't swing it. I'm all for SunChild making most of the meals, but I wont go strictly raw or vegan or whatever. I'm a horrible cook btw. Gypsee, yes a dishwasher is a must! you guys. IP: Logged |
