I was curious...What is the difference between a taroscope and a horoscope???
I know that the cards are used for the taroscope, but which is more accurate. I went for a chart and taro reading once and I was very anxious to see what the cards might say. The reader was perplexed and told me that my chart will always be more accurate than the taro cards will ever be. Is this true or just a personal opinion?IP: Logged |

Hello laregina,I don't know what you meant by tarotscope either, unless it was a prediction spread or similar. But I did want to say that I see Tarot and other divinatory tools are just that - tools - that enable us to get in touch with our Higher sElves, as it is believed that we hold all of the knowledge. So, in a way, Tarot is subjective (an interpretation according to the reader's intuition and beliefs). And this could vary with each reading, as the cards would fall in different patterns and be interpreted with their relationship to each other. Whereas, astrology is more fact and logic - based on ancient planet, sign, and house interpretations according to their placement at the time of your birth. Most astrological interpretations don't differ that greatly from one astrologist to the next. But, Tarot can always be interpreted differently. Hope that makes some sense. with love
