You're certainly turning away from it; maybe the working environment has changed;maybe even scheming to find a way out.

5 of Pentacles is the key card, me thinks. The people (originally) are rejecting the church (the institution,power) even when they know they'll suffer - there's luxury, freedom in their choice, despite the ragged reality. 5s are also very critical cards, so there are a few things on the verge here, which road to take.

Your spread, however; I would draw a clarification card on Magician. This isn't 3 card spread and I think in 2s and 3s

I find 4 cards spread more telling than 3 cards spread. I feel all the four cards can relate to the other cards of the spread. There is no past-present and future positions.
