When ace of wands is RX it is not always saying The new thing ( seed planted ) did not grow it is just that taking Action is not required of you at this time as it is coming to you and you don't have take any action, So if you were to take action you might mess it up. I just have never seen this in a reading until recently and thought it was a great way of looking at ace of wands RX also in reading there was 8 of wands RX as advice / goal.
