Thank you Stella, I will have to agree with you whole heartedly about telling her anything. What helps me to cope will not help her to cope. Thank you for helping me with this issue. I just can't talk to her right now she is very busy, we live far away from each other .... I can't get her on the phone, I've only talked to her once since everything happened. I will try her again tonight. I just wish I could be there! Thank you all. IP: Logged |

I am sure everyone will agree with me when I say, " The most precious thing to us is our children." Let's take a moment to reflect on our children... They do many things for parents, grandparents, and other close family members. They bring us joy; when we can see no light at all in our present or future. They bring us heart ache when we feel; we can bare no more. Of all the things they bring.... The most precious is, their enduring and unconditional LOVE!!! We should return all of this by keeping them SAFE!!!! Swimming Pools are dangerous! Please take the time to inspect the one you own. Make certain that NO Small children can gain access to it! DON"T assume that it can't happen!!!!! On Wednesday, October23,2002...my infant cousin drowned in his own back yard pool. (which was inoperable) He was just two weeks shy of his Second Birthday!! No one thought that he could squeeze threw the burglar bars--But he did! Please make every effort to inspect all pools...(even if it is not working) It is a very devastating thing to loose our most precious gifts in life... Please don't let this happen to you!! This is not a joke...It really happened!! Please e-mail this to everyone you know. Especially to people who have pools and small children. An ounce of prevention is worth a pound of gain....
