Oh well Happy Chinese New Year! YUM- dim sum you are so lucky 
OK take your time to look for recipes I will appreciate any one no hurry 
I celebrated Polish Christmas Eve where we have saurkraut, Polish smoked garlic sausages, potatoes, pickled fishes, fried fishes, pierogies with sour cream, that was fun! We share gifts then. I just got back from the classic Christmas day feast where one again I ate too much
I made artichoke dip, and my aunt made a huge roast beef and mashed potatoes and fresh bread.
Not to sound ignorant, but do you have these foods I mentioned there. I love to talk about food in different cultures 
OK Ra...do we get to know the name of your second son?! Or is a secret?
