A spin off from the "what your fav spirtitual movie"
What is your fav ghost movie?

I would definately say my one is THE OTHERS, with the irrestible Nicole Kidman.
What a great twist to it.

I liked The Others too

Gothica was much better than I expected it to be.

The Shining (I have a hard time watching it though... SO scary)

I like Ghost and The Others.

What was that movie with Michelle Pfieffer and her husband had an affair with his student and killed her and the student haunted them or something?

That one freaked me the hell out.

I couldn't look at the corners of my bedroom in the dark for a long time after I saw the Blair Witch Project.... eeeek.

Hey Aquariun Girl, I think the movie your inquiring about is "What Lies Beneathe"
I'm a big scary movie fan, probably not very good for me to watch bc they do give me nightmares. I was always scared of the Nightmare on Elm Street movies. When I was little I thought Freddy Kreuger was real! I always thought the psychological scary movies were the best though. Stephen Kings "IT" was always a fave of mine. Clowns are already scary, but I think that movie gave them a permanent bad rep lol
"The Ring" also scared the Cr@p out of me. Not the best story line but the imagery was just so creepy.

The Ring, definately as far as creepiness.

The Others was excellent, perfect twist!

When I was a child, I loved the Ghost and Mrs. Muir (I'm not certain of the spelling)

I also enjoyed Tim Burton's version of the Legend of the sleepy hollow.

I most like suspenseful and eerie ghost stories not slasher devil type movies.

Bingo Scorpbaby! What lies beneath! Yes!

I was the same way as a kid, I would feel a compulsion to watch horror movies and then be unable to sleep, lol.

I remember The Excorcist scared the living **** out of me for years. I'd go to bed and for some reason that movie would pop into my head and then I'd be terrified that my bed would shake. I'd fall asleep sweating in pure terror under the covers, hahaha.

The Others was a kick butt movie...I was totally shocked by it.

Stir of Echos was good too and I also think it held a lot of truth to it also about why some ghosts are stuck here and unable to move on.

Ghost movies, eh?

The Eye is pretty creepy... and sad.

The Eye 10 got a bad review, but I think it's quite entertaining.

I actually like The 13th Ghosts because of the special effects of the ghosts.

Hmm, I should have more (ghost movies are my favorites) but I can't think of more at the moment...

Kat, I loved The Ghost and Mrs. Muir also...
My mom introduced me to classic movies, bless her!
My fav is "Ghost" there was something so amazingly potent about the love the main characters shared, not to mention Whoopi was extremely entertaining!

You know, the original Exorcist, I have not seen. I read the book before the movie came out, and whenever the music 'Tubular Bells' came on the radio, I just could not shake that creepy feeling, uh, I'm getting it now!

My favorite movies are Ghost (loved the story and Whoopie was hilarious, especially when she was stomping down the street to give back the check!)

City of Angels
Meet Joe Black
