I agree Iamthat, the universal law of karma will always come back to bite the wrong-doer in the *ss. I also didn't mean to seem so hostile. I think alot of these people are really messed up in the head and probably don't even think or know (in their mind) that what they're doing is wrong, but it just hurts me so deeply to even think or hear about a pure, innocent, trusting, and helpless child being damaged or even killed in such horrific manners. Just to think, (even if it is by someone that they were unfortunately stuck with, like a parent or caretaker, and would probably be better off dead than abused over and over) of how scared they must have been. I just feel a tiny part inside me dies everytime i hear of such things.

I just began reading Gooberz the other day again, and I ran into a quote of Linda's that reminded me of this thread. Although it is mainly about her philosiphy of immortality and changing bodies so here it is: "in changing body temples, both the departed and the bereaved may be made aware of the identity of the new temple chosen but befor this kind of transition can be mastered, one must first master the difficult lessons of Love and Forgiveness." I would like to stress the words Master the difficult lessons of Love and Forgiveness. I think this is true, what she says. I think, on the topic of forgiveness, that the mastery of these things play an important if not sole part in moving to a higher state of conciousness whether the choice is to live, or reincarnate.

Hi All, I have found Ellen Mogensen's site a very good resource for helping me figure out things in my life. I have done work on karma and some terrific changes have happened over the past three months.
