For the last six month’s or so I have been followed around by at least 20 or more vehicles here in the small town I live in in East Texas. Not only that, but the same "airplanes" have been in the sky every night just sitting there, as though they are watching me. I have looked at them through my binoculars and they have red, blue, & green lights on them. There is one that seems to follow me no matter where I drive to at night. I don't know what to think anymore, and no one understands what I am going through. They all think that I am crazy or something. Can anyone shed some light on these events? Is there something I should know or be studying about in order to once again gain peace in my life?HELP!!

It sounds like its just government or authorities nosings about. It happened up my way back in the 1980's. I think it just seems like you're being watched. You aren't doing anything illegal or giving any reason for anyone to follow you, are you? If no, then I do not think you have anything to worry about. Also, real life isn't like that as a rule; unlike what tv and movies show which is mostly fantasy about that kind of thing. Seriously, who would want to exspend that much manpower, time and the expense to watch/follow you? So unless you are in some kind of legal trouble, don't sweat it! It was creepy when it happened up my way too, but later the story came out in the news, and then it all made sense! I hope I've helped to ease your fears and worries. IP: Logged |

would there be any reason for gov't to be looking at you? have you been studing anything they want hidden? Have you, for instance, stopped your car and gotten out to walk up to the other vehicles and talk with them? asked them why it seems they are always there? maybe its just messages from the universe telling you that you need ot be more aware of your surroundings! or maybe that, you need to look closer/closley at your self or your life! What do the cars look like? are they generic models or are they looking more like higher authorities/gov't vehicles. Do you live near an airport where these planes might be hovering in the sky waiting for a chance to land (a clear runway)? *hugs* if your anyhting like me when i feel followed/watched you'll need one! in fact heres another ... *hugs*

I would say that from what you say here you are not being followed. They probably just happen to be cars that were behind you. The governemnt is not spending thousands of dollars to fly planes over your house, unless there's something you aren't telling us.Is there a history of paranoia in your family? IP: Logged |

You said these words... "small town I live in in East Texas" If it is a small town, maybe they are just going the same places you are going. To reiterate BR.. Is there a history of paranoia in your family?

First of all, I am not paranoid!! I thought that myself at first, although it's not normal for me to be that way. There has been three occasions in the last month where I have intentionally tried to loose the cars that were following me. Agressively LOOSE THEM by getting off of main roads and driving around for more than an hour down side streets and such. No matter what I do, I cannot loose them! I have license plate numbers, and I know the faces!! It doesn't matter what time day or night it is, someone is always there. Just for the record (some of you asked), I do not work for the government, and have never given anyone reason to want to hurt me or watch me. Those of you who have offered words of HOPE & ENCOURAGEMENT to me ... I greatly appreciate it! Those of you who think that I'm just paranoid, I understand why you would think that. It makes no sense to me either, which is why I wanted to get some feedback! Every possible scenario I can logically come up with makes no sense. None of it does. I think this posting was a mistake, but once again I appreciate the feed back that I have received. I have already given it to God, which is really all I can do anyway. God Bless all of you, and take care! Carly = - ) IP: Logged |

Sorry, Carly, BR brings out the worst in me... I didn't mean anything by it, I was just being silly. I sincerely hope that it is just one of those things. Maybe you are meant to pay attention to your surroundings at this point in your life, to learn something? And the most direct way to learn ( the good and the bad) is to see something that disturbs you or makes you think. Hope and encouragement your way. *makes an embarassed face*

NO! Your posting was not a mistake!!!! Things can appear really weird at times! I had men in dark suits in limos and wearing dark glasses parked across the road from me. They were totally out of place, by a cow pasture!!!and weird phone calls, and other strange stuff. but it ended up having a perfectly rational expanation! You are A-OK! I use to live across from one of Don King's properties. It was nothing to do with me at all. So don't worry. IP: Logged |

Hi Carly....I wasn't mocking you or trying to be unsupportive, I tried to phrase that in the best way possible. Thinking people are following you is one of the #1 symptoms of paranoia, so I just wanted to make sure you could rule that possibility out. Some of it might be chance, some of it might not. If you really feel threatened I'd reccomend you see a psychologist/therapist and call the police GOod luck! IP: Logged |

You may have upset someone unknowingly. Thoughtlessness can have horrendous repercussions. You must act. Any action will result in your knowing more about what is going on than you now do. Go to the police. Stay away from the therapist.IP: Logged |

carly, i read this the other day and i was thinking - damn, i'm not the only one who feels like this once in a while. i think there has been some really odd things happening these past couple of years. if you think someone is following you - maybe they are. only you truly know why and you must know why but choose not to share or don't even know where to begin in explaining it to anyone "outside" of your own personal experience/expedition. what have your dreams been like?as for the gov - you do know we have a new director of intelligence really cracking the whip on counterintelligence and as far as i'm concerned - something about the metaphysical realm is awesome and fearful for any and everyone. a lot of subconscious actions are producing results in the conscious realm. and many things that we deem as "small infractions on the government" in the conscious realm are actually waves of consciousness and evidence of independence from government entities - WHICH is growing. just as well - carly, the best thing to do is not be afraid or concerned about it. i look at it as being a superstar of sorts - i love the attention. OK - i lie because most of the times it is frustrating and uncomfortable. be confidant in the affect you may have for good or bad on someone/something else and you will be able to find the way. i find that the key to moving ahead is beating those who wish us harm in lieu of the evolution, is to beat them at their own game. you know how because you've been doing it all along - maybe not directly but indirectly. you are developing. being watched is a sign that you are worth watching. most of all, have fun. hi Carly ~i'm sending lots of light your way. they know you know what they're doing -- that's the point. do not let it get it to you...maintain your center and do not allow anyone to cause you to lose your equanimity. this is very important. amisha's response has truth in it. please do a search online for more information regarding your predicament. you will find answers, -- just know that the energy and support you need is available and will assist you, when you assert that need. you also will find detractors, but please remember -- always have faith in yourself and your ability to know truth. as for 'paranoia', please consider the following perspective: quote: Are you aware that there are theories out there that postulate the possibility that paranoia is the result of hightened perceptive faculties {Ehrenwald***} and that 'paranoids' are simply picking up extra layers of information in their day-to-day communication with one another??? Strange... but real Science. We all have to lie to maintain the basic social order of our lives. If your mother-in-law makes a ****** apple pie, you tell tell her it tastes great and get on with your day - basic social skills and social cues tell us when to lie like this and when it's ok to get freaky on someone, this falls into the realm of 'common sense' in terms of basic social skills - I think we can agree on that... Ehrenwalds theory of paranoia stems for the very real possibility that certain people can ferret out this type of deception {again, basic to maintaining social relations with one another} through anomolous cognition. The result of which would lead the paranoid {the true paranoid, not the label casually given to people with 'kooky' ideas} to derive {and process} multiple tracks of information from the most basic kinds of social interaction. The paranoid doesn't get this information in the same linear fashion he/we get information from reading or talking, it comes all at once as an emotional shock that changes the mentation and ideation of the experiencer and basically creates a mental environment in which it is impossible for him/her to rely on sense-data [i.e. information through talking... even body language} he recieves in basic communication with his fellow man. So, again, you're visiting your in-laws and your mother-in-law welcomes you with a "Hi, good to see you", that's TRACK #1 but say, you interpret TRACK #2 instead, which tells you something like "I can't believe my daughter married this piece of **** "... and on and on it goes for the true paranoid. Communication with others becomes a tedious and pointless waste of time, since noone is 'saying' what they're saying in the first place. What's the fun of watching a puppet show if you can see all the strings???
well, i know you will weather this storm, especially if you come to places like this for information. may you be enveloped and protected by universal love and guidance. be strong! love from Saffron IP: Logged |

Great read Saffron. Your quote echoes my own feelings when I meet people these days. I so clearly see the strings. May be its because of the spiritual heights I am trying to reach by perfecting myself

Hi Carly, I too live around the Dallas area in a small community. I have noticed the lights you speak of many times in the last several years. They don't act like a plane, they hover in one place and zoom, they are gone. I gave up trying to figure out what they were and just enjoy the show. Sorry I can't give you any help with the lights or the being followed. Just be careful and pay close attention. As another knowflake pointed out, you don't know how you may have affected someone by what you said or did. Please keep us posted. Blessings. SueIP: Logged |

Dear One ~you didn't "do" anything to deserve this. try to remain on the offensive in this circumstance, not the defensive. you will begin to second guess every move you make if you try to find 'reasons'. this will result in a breakdown of your sense of self. don't let this happen...the fear and the unknown happenings can induce this. just always know that you are loved and that this love, and your perfect self, are impenetrable. these cannot be peirced, if you don't allow it. i am that ~~ love to you -- keep rising to those heights. from a sinead o'connor song God will take all fear If you say this clear I am enough for myself I don't need anything else I am enough for myself I am in your heart I only can have that part I am in your dreams I only can touch these things I am who gives the breath I am your nakedness I am nothing at all And I am singing your soul I am that am I I am that am I I am that I am I am enough for myself beautiful song and even more beautiful album...called Gospel Oak

nice to see you, dear maklhouf. nothing quite so exotic as all that. rather, a near fatal auto accident in which a vehicle slammed into the driver's side of my vehicle (me driving) from a clear vantage point at a stop sign...thanks to the universe for divine protection. IP: Logged |

NEAR-FATAL? But how are you now? What injuries did you sustain? Are you completely healed? What did you do about the babe?

awww...thanks for the concern.it was near fatal in that my car was totally smashed and i narrowly missed being skewered by the other vehicle. the car slammed into me coming in from behind my field of peripheral vision. i managed to perceive the vehicle's collision course in some way enough to brake at the precise moment the car would have smashed directly into me -- the point of impact on the door by which i was sitting. so the car instead slammed into a point just in front of the driver's door -- then causing my car to smash head on into a fence. i thought the impact was forceful enough to cause my car to go through the fence into the ditch below. it felt like some miracle that it didn't. it was the air bag that prevented me from slamming into the dashboard when the car hit the fence. the car was totalled -- the whole front end smashed in. my babe in the back -- in carseat -- thank God for those -- was fine. the impact made my whole musco-skeletal system sore and painful...my right side -- shoulder and arm is swollen and bruised -- sprained forearm, wrist, and i still can't use my hand. but i am lucky to have survived that at all! i still feel very traumatized, and my whole life is in chaos, but we are still here. i'm so grateful that my little boy is ok. the funny thing is, i took a back route to avoid the congested traffic on the highway. i felt unusually fortunate to find there was no traffic on that street -- at rush hour. it was eerily empty... in my attempt to avoid traffic and potential collision...i met it head on in a strangely deserted street -- a 4 lane street -- that generally always has a fair amount of travellers. oh well, thanks for listening...and know that the universe always lovingly protects us when we ask -- and even when we don't . love to you...Saffron IP: Logged |

It's kind of boring to have to show my "working-out", like a maths exam (that's "math" in American. Solutions come to me whole, like a poem. And this one has everything you need. Don't wonder which art. Grab the nearest one and start doing the two easiest moves slowly and correctly over and over. If you are reaLLY sore and weak get in the pool and do them underwater. Of course you will eventually be led to the "right one". If it is hard to relate this to a driving accident, think on the maxim: "the best fighters never have to fight." Oh, and how about some sexual healing? http://www.linda-goodman.com/ubb/Forum3/HTML/000982.html
